The garage was a huge plus. We were showing gear at the Overland Expo nearby and definitely needed the garage to stage for the show. The washer and dryer was also great to have. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfy. The closet in the master is huge. The location is quiet, and close to downtown plus close to 34 if you want to get to RMNP / Estes Park or just need to hop back on 25.

I have to say this place was perfect for our family! We came for our daughters softball Nationals tournament and all of the ball parks were within 20-25 minutes!!! Can’t beat that!!! It was also walking distance to downtown (which is such a cute town full of shopping and dining)! One of my daughter’s favorite things was having Dutch Bro’s coffee and Drinks just down the road (about a 3 min walk). Also the grocery store was also a block away! (It’s Safeway, and if you do not have the app I suggest downloading it, it will save you a ton!)
The house had everything we needed! It was so clean! Very simple and cute and just perfect! If we had an issue the host was back to us within minutes!
If I could pick up the house and move it to the lake so I could see the mountains from the house that would be my only request, however a short 5 min walk and you are there!
All in all, great house, great customer service and the town of Loveland is just beautiful!

This place is perfection. The location, price, customer service and the property itself - all perfect. We will recommend Red Barn to everyone we know and we will certainly return to visit. We loved it! It was a very special weekend.

Close to cute historic downtown Loveland, 20 min to Fort Collins and an hour to downtown Denver.
The check in and out process was easy and the washer and dryer was great for a longer stay.
We would stay at the Red House again!

The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything we needed. The best part was
Alyssa who is an excellent property manager. Very responsive and competent. We normally live on a ranch in South Dakota so chose a house near downtown. Many restaurants nearby and close to anything you need. The only negative is the railroad nearby which is noisy at midnight and 3 AM. Probably bothered us more because we are used to absolute silence at night. The house is fairly new and has outdoor spaces for enjoying the great weather in Loveland in July. Definitely take the drive up Old Fall River Road to Fall River Pass in Rocky Mountain Park. Best part of the trip.

The Red Barn worked great for our family gathering over Memorial Day weekend. We have other family in Loveland but needed to find a conveniently located place for some of our party to stay. The house was great and well appointed. The only thing we found to be less than ideal was the parking. The garage is so tight that it is essentially unusable if anyone else has parked along the opposite side of the ally. We ended up parked a ways down the road and it worked out fine. Some marking or designation of which parking spots belong to which apartments would be a nice touch. That said, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I and our adult children (in their 20s) stayed here so that we could visit family in Longmont and Fort Collins. The house was immaculate and well appointed, just as shown in the photos. We had plenty of room to hang out, and were close enough to downtown Loveland that we could walk (except it was pouring rain during our stay). We had two cars and had no trouble parking them with the garage and driveway/carport. We may have stretched the wifi to its limit with our 'streaming' family but otherwise everything was terrific with our stay!

This home is perfectly represented in its listing. From the thoroughly thought out details to the charming decorations, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were thankful for the fully stocked kitchen including spices, coffee/tea and even aluminum foil! It was cold and we appreciated the extra throw blankets that were available especially as the third bedroom gets really cold. I was a little worried about the closeness to the train tracks but that didn’t end up bothering us. We did hear the train but it was brief. Loveland is a super cute area and close to so many of the wonderful areas surrounding Denver.
