Beautifully appointed chalet with well equipped kitchen area. Bright and pleasant ambience. The owner was very helpful and communicated well.

The road access is very narrow due to parked cars and we struggled to park a Ford Galaxy in the small parking area. There was quite a climb up some steps to the chalet so not suitable for anyone infirm.

Had a great stay here. The cabin is exceptionally spacious and has good facilities. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is hot and powerful. There is a seating area and a good size TV. Although situated in the hosts garden the cabin still feels very private as it doesn't face the house. There is an outside seating area also, a nice added touch. The host, Michael was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Previous reviews have mentioned the steps and hills...to be honest, we were expecting far worse, there really aren't too many and they are not a problem at all. It is only a 5 minute walk into town (one short hill to negotiate) so the location is also perfect. We will definately stay here again. Thanks Michael for a lovely stay.

If I had to be extremely picky, some milk would have been nice....although I'm sure, had we asked, that this would have been provided

a shame about the sea views which are only visible from the top garden above the property, not from the property itself.

could of been more hooks to hang towels & coats etc & a little storage shelf for hair accessories. The duvet was extremely heavy

Location superb, a stones’ throw away from the gorgeous church which was visited before heading in to the town for a wander. Michael’s introductory email very clear and covered parking and key collection. Bed very comfortable and high quality bedding. Good kitchen facilities, decent shower and a fab TV- all added to the value for money. We accidentally left some personal affects which we needed to collect and Michael’s communication was excellent, really kind and helpful. A pleasure to deal with and we will be in touch when we return for a further exploration.

Very clean and comfortable log cabin, cozy to stay. Pretty area and outstanding views. Walking distance to town. Would like to come back and stay in this beautiful cabin for a bit longer. Our stay there was just perfect !

For small kitchen the ability to cook was pretty good. Quiet area. Plenty of storage. Congenial host. Easy walk down to the High Street.

Tight parking; 34 steps up to property would be a problem for some.

Was very cosy and had the appliances we needed for our stay! High quality TV and lots of storage space!

The shower didn’t stay warm/hot for two people to have showers. Front door was occasionally sticky to open but no trouble!
