Sun kissed fit our needs perfectly! It was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. The location was awesome and beach access close and easy. A1 Property Management was easily accessible when we had a quick question. Thank you for making our stay in Kure Beach so enjoyable!

We stayed in early October for my son's Wilmington wedding and the family found Sun Kissed to be a delightful house. The PROs: Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked [pots, pans, utensils, basic spices, coffee filters, blender, mixer, toaster oven, ice maker, and much more]. Fabulous decks (with an ocean view on the top most level). BBQ grill was good. Bathrooms were good. It was great the way they provided TP, Paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies like laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. Walking to the beach was very convenient (and driving over was super easy if we had a lot to carry). Publix, Harris Teeters and Food Lion grocery stores nearby. They had drip and K-cup coffee options. Each room had it's own TV. Newly weds said the jacuzzi tub was fabulous. A1 property management (David) was very friendly and responsive. CONS: none! I really can't think of anything else we could have wanted (except additional time here). Thank you very much.

We had 8 adults and 2 children and the space felt big enough for us all. The two large decks helped it feel bigger. The extra large picnic table on the lower deck was perfect for dinner one night. Because the beach entrance is private, it was never too crowded and we could find space close by to set up. We used 4 of their chairs but the rest were not the type we liked so we were happy we brought a few of our own. They had lots of kids beach toys and they even had a Shibumi shade!

Sun Kissed was a perfect vacation home for our family. The home was clean, up to date and well stocked. This is situated in a great location with easy beach access. After rented in Kure beach for the last 15 years this was one of our our favorite properties. Thank you, we hope to rent this home again.

A wonderful family vacation spent at this home. We could not have asked for a better vacation home. The cleanliness of the home was superb and it had all the utensils needed for cooking family meals each night. Very close to the beach. Loved spending our evening on the porch and enjoying the ocean breeze. Only opportunity we saw for improvement was a gas grill and needing grilling utensils. This did not take away from this trip being one of our all time favorite places to stay. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, my family had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us and the kids had plenty of room to play as well. The seating in the living room and dinning room was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. We all enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to stay here again!

The house was perfect. Cozy and felt like home. Plenty of kitchen needs. Had some A/C issues but came right away to fix it. The location was perfect so close to the beach and right down the street from restaurants. One thing I would change would be to have a gas grill for quick dinners or lunch. We will be back next year. Thank you for a great week.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so clean and provided absolutely everything you could want or need. Perfect distance from the beach and easy to walk, even with kids and beach gear. We loved the decks and the view of the ocean from upstairs. The house includes ample parking and nice quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood private beach access was awesome and allowed for a much less crowded section of beach. We had an issue with one of the HVAC units on our last day, but we called and it was addressed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

This property was wonderful. It is exactly as listed, one block from the ocean and in a nice area close to local restaurants. The property is well equipped with anything you would need for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend this rental.

We have been coming to Carolina and Kure beach for years and this was one of our favorite places we have stayed. Everything you need in the kitchen was there and way more! Beds were not there most comfortable but that is my opinion and my only criticism

Great location, very close to the beach. Walking (or biking) distance to a variety of restaurants (Ocean Grill, The Spot our favorites for lunch). Lots of room on the rear deck, back patio or just in the living/dining area to gather with family and friends.
