Our family loved this property! We have been coming to the lake our entire lives, and have rented various properties on LBJ for the last 10 years. We’ve stayed all over the lake, and this house really hits on the high points for us. Location both in proximity to Marble Falls/Kingsland areas and on the lake a great. The cove is calm and quiet. It made us feel at ease swimming with the kids in the water, and we didn’t have to fight the waves from boats as it is in a no wake zone. Boat lift was incredible. We didn’t know what we were missing out on with the hydraulic lift that is operated with a remote. No one has to jump off the boat in a hurry to hit the lift switch. So nice! The hydraulic platform was nice for getting in and out of the water as well. The kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and the lily pad were all highlights for the kids. The house itself fit our two families perfectly. We had 2 families of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids each, staying at the house. Kids loved the bunk room, and the adults had lots of room as well. It’s an updated house, so the bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need. Outdoor covered patio was perfect for sitting and enjoying the lake view. We loved the nice open grass yard and the bench swing as well. The responses by the host were quick if we had any questions. We will stay again for sure! Our family will definitely return to this house! It really fit all of our needs!

This house has so many nice premium touches that made our stay perfect. Excellent dock and hydrauic lift for our boat. The house is in a cove off of the main body of the lake and even better its in a no wake zone. The kitchen has all high end appliances that made cooking fun and easy. We particularly liked the ice maker and Meile oven/range. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and the house is kept impeccably clean. The large back yard was amazing for our 3 small children to play in safely away from the lake. We will absolutely be back and cannot wait to find the time!

Great house. We enjoyed all of the amenities provided. We especially liked the lake access.

This house had everything we needed. It was very clean, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Very comfortable and welcoming. We had one issue that was very quickly resolved by the property manager in the Sunday of a holiday weekend. You really can’t ask for better service, or a better property for a getaway on the lake.

We loved every detail about this home!! We went at the end of May and the weather was great! It was the perfect yard with the best amenities for a weekend at the lake. Would 100% stay here again and encourage all to stay here!!
