Skyler was a great host, even coming out to the street to get us to the right place when we arrived late in the dark. (Directions auto-corrected to 10 West Smith St. -- close, but one block over).
Had everything we needed, perfect size, easy walk to Queen Anne District for anything you might need, and short drive to anywhere you may want to go. Street parking was easy, and we highly recommend a troll hunt if you have no specific plans.

This was the perfect place for my wife & I while visiting our daughter at UW for Parent Weekend. The Queen Anne neighborhood is safe & very cute with shops & restaurants within walking distance. This first floor unit was not only beautifully appointed, but it had everything we needed; nice touches such as coffee with creamers & sugar, an umbrella & shopping bag for us to use, and a hair dryer. Street parking was always available. We were happy we found it & would definitely stay here again!

Guest house was perfect! Plenty of lighting, SUPER comfortable bed and pillows, and lots of space. It was clean and quiet for the most part. The only disturbance we had was on our last morning when the cleaning lady upstairs was super loud early in the morning but that really wasn’t too big of a deal. Host was very responsive and gave recs for food and things to do. Would stay here again!

My husband and I had a great stay at this little cottage home. It was very clean and offered everything that we needed. It is located in a great neighborhood close to a few different attractions.

The property was perfect….extremely clean, all details thought of and a great location. Walking distance to a bunch of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Host could not have been more responsive! Five stars.

We came to Seattle for a cruise and decided to come early to see Seattle!! This is a perfect place to stay to do that!! Queen Ann is so fun to explore. We took a couple walks every day. There’s great cafes in walking distance for breakfast. There was even a farmers market we walked through one night. Beautiful outdoor seating at many restaurants. All to walk to!!! This place was perfect to come home to after a day of adventures!! It was small, but cozy. I absolutely loved the patio. Perfect to have coffee in the morning. So clean. Nice shower! The bed was comfortable. The host was so helpful. 😉😁. Easy tv to figure out.

Lovely home and location! The space is very clean, well decorated, and stocked with all you need. Having a washer and dryer available was great! Communication with Skyler was seamless. We also loved the Queen Anne area, lots of shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away.

Skyler is a fantastic host! The home was clean, cozy, private, & bright. This property is in wonderful historic district with stunning views and walking distance from shops & restaurants. We really enjoyed the secluded feeling this home provided after a long day of sight seeing. Additionally this home features a great kitchen space & all the essentials needed to whip up something to start or end your day. I truly enjoyed this home and would love to come back soon!

This property was spotless. You could eat off the floor. Convenient location in Queen Anne to restaurants, bars, and grocery (Trader Joe's). Easy walk (2 blocks) to the bus stop. Property contact was most helpful and prompt. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This suite was wonderful! Nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and furnishings. Skyler made our stay carefree and he always responded quickly. The neighborhood was beautiful with many eateries and a Trader Joes within walking distance. I would definitely recommend for a couple staying in Seattle!!

What a cute place to stay! It was clean, convenient to downtown, bed was so comfortable. The place was nicely decorated as well. The was so quaint. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and comfortable— and the owner was terrific. One minor comment: it would be helpful to have access to outlets that are closer to the nightstands and coffee table.
