House was clean

Trouble opening front door. Code didn’t work. Sliding glass door handle was gone. No way to lock it. Sewer water over flowed in yard, the smell was bad Grass wasn’t mowed.

1. A great location. 2. A big and beautiful house with amazing details an interior. Very comfortable.

1. The territory are not equipped with barbecue/grill. 2. There is no air conditioning. In summer it is too hot. 3. Light is not everywhere in the house. I guess the light bulbs burst out.

It was cozy and just enough space for our family. We will definitely rent again!

A few small things to note that could be helpful to future renters: we didn't know we had ro stop at clubhouse at main gate when we arrived. GPS took us into other gate before we figures this out. Extra paper towels would've been helpful or to be told to bring our own. The bed downstairs wasn't used because the boxspring was off the frame and we didn't want to damage by trying to fix. Lastly the mat at the front door is too slippery and someone is going to get hurt coming in the door. We kept slipping so we moved it
