Lovely spacious apartment with comfortable bed and modern decor. Generally very clean. Good value for money.

There is a train line literally right outside the apartment, which is very noisy and wasn't mentioned. The instructions about how to get into the property and where to park could have been clearer (like the number of the parking space and an up to date picture of which keybox to use). There were no dishwasher tablets provided. The kettle was old and sticky and the bowls in the cupboards weren't clean. The freeview on the TV didn't work and the sofa and chair were small and uncomfortable. There was also no information about how to access the gym facilities.

The property was clean and modern and well appointed with all the amenities you would need. Great location, not too far from the High Street.

Nothing my stay was totally ruined by a host that didn't care

I didn't like being freezing Zero heating, an un-comfortable bed with springs sticking in my side and back, road noise, building maintenance noise drilling - I contacted the owner to ask them to turn the heating up - they just replied saying it was the cleaner who is responsible BUT the cleaner never popped in to fix it!

Nice area, lovely apartment and great facilities, clean tidy and well equipped. I had a few issues on check in but these were mainly down to Booking.com and not the host. However the host was amazing and resolved immediately without fuss. They really went the extra mile to help me and make my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. I can't recommend this enough and definitely be staying again!
