le personnel incroyablement accueillant et souriant. La chambre très propre et vue sur les bateaux mes enfants étaient ravis 🤩 le petit déjeuner était très bien. Les femmes de chambres que nous avions croisés étaient chaleureuses et très aimables❤️ nous reviendrons! Merci pour tout.

Patul a fost foarte confortabil, camera foarte curată, baia la fel cu toate dotările de care ai nevoie.
Deține o mică sală de fitness.
Hotelul este așezat foarte bine.
Cu o mica excepție, personalul a fost foarte atent și comunicativ.
In cameră nu există nici măcar un mini-frigider, ceea ce pentru șederile mai lungi poate fi o mare problemă. Mi-am exprimat această nemulțumire unei domnișoare de la recepție care m-a întâmpinat cam plictisită, spunandu-mi că managerul va veni peste 2 săptămâni și că această problemă nu o poate fi rezolvată de nimeni în tot acest timp. Totuși, și-a notat cele spuse de mine pe un bilețel, dar totul a rămas la acest stadiu și după 30 de zile: scrise pe bilețel.
TV - chiar daca e smart TV, nu poți accesa YouTube sau alte aplicații/platforme. Poți urmări doar cablul tv cu 95% posturi în limba franceză.
Sala de fitness este foarte săracă. M-aș fi așteptat la mai multe de la un hotel de 4 stele. (3 aparate: stepper, bandă de alergat și aparat de vâslit. Aparatura funcționa și era de bună calitate.

Mooie locatie aan de haven, tussen centrum en industrie.

Hotel is new so is very clean. Room was very comfortable, bed was so nice. Bathroom was excellent. Close to shops and restaurants.
Staff were very good and attentive.
There isn't a bar fridge in room, that would have been handy.

Location: Great, easy to reach by car, parking underneath Hotel. Close to the city Centre.
Check-inn: bunch of giggling ladies behind the bar. Not a big deal, but not very professional…. In the end 1 helped us perfectly.
Room: nice, spacious, great view on harbour/City!

Should there is some more vegetables or fruits for break first, that would be marvelous, anyway, it is already excellent.

Staff were lovely and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. This is a newly opened hotel and the decor was gorgeous, eventing was spotlessly clean. We were touring on our bike so we appreciated the secure underground storage for them.

The proximity to the train station is definitely a plus. Also, design of the room is not bad and everything was clean. The bed itself, the main priority for my 1 night stop, was more than good.
Even though it's brand new, the quality of the construction is not so good, you always find small issues in wall painting, face with extremely noisy ventilation system, and with singing doors due to the strong winds.
The personnel in the lobby was OK, but tried to charge me extra money in advance even though I clearly stated that I've prepaid the booking and there's no need in extra services for me.
