We had a very nice stay here. House was well stocked with anything a family could need to have fun at the lake. I personally enjoyed sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee each morning while listening to all the sounds of the forest. Everything about this place makes it easy to just relax and unwind.

This was a great, cozy house on the lake. It was very easy to get to, vs some other properties we have stayed in the area. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our stay. There house was supplied well. However, The only recommendation is VRBOs typically supply soap as well. This was a minor thing and we had to run out to grab some, as the house didn’t have any.
Otherwise, it was a great house with close proximity to the lake, a hot tub and fire pit outside. Everything you would want for a cozy time in the mountains.

My family stayed here for a weekend getaway and loved it! The home is beautifully decorated and the A-frame style of the house gives it character. The location on the lake and the view from the house are spectacular. We hope to stay here again!

Overall we had a nice stay. The pros were the house is well stocked and has pretty much everything you could need, it was very clean, the inside is decorated cute and it was lovely being right on the lake with access to the kayaks and paddle boards. It’s also convenient to town and Blue Ridge area.
The cons were the inside of the home had a very musty odor. We went out and bought a candle to try to mask it. The home had a major ant problem and we could not leave any food items out because ants would swarm them. We had to throw a few food items away and then just kept everything in the fridge to avoid getting ants in them. They were even in the bathrooms and got on our toiletries. If you’re looking for someplace private and quiet this may not be right for you. The other houses are very close as well as the docks for the other houses so trying to sit on the dock to watch the lake and have some peace and quiet was not really possible. Lots of other families and kids from the neighbors could get hectic and noisy.

This A-frame lake cottage is well appointed. Very cute and designed well. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved this vacation home and will be returning. The location is so wonderful right in Blue Ridge Lake. The hot tub views from the deck to the lake are amazing. Everything works great in the cabin, the beds are comfortable and we used the kayaks, BBQ and fire-pit and they were all awesome. The manager was very fast to respond with any questions. Honestly everything was perfect and the home is lovely. Very well set up and stocked. We loved it so much. We came with our 3 year old daughter and she loved it too. We same right off the stairs into the water!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin… the property is beautifully decorated and has a great view of lake blue ridge. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise/sunsets from the back porch and enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. Great location, only 10 mins from blue ridge, perfect for small families. We are definitely looking forward to renting again during the summer months. A perfect lake getaway for some R&R. Renting process was easy and convenient! Thank you David.

We had a wedding to come to in the surrounding area and decided to make it a vacation instead of coming here and back for just a short time and I’m so thankful we did! The house was perfect! So cute and way more spacious then we were expecting! They had everything you would needed and more! It’s was spotless on arrival and they were quick to respond when we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and come back in we find ourself in the area again!

The home is beautifully appointed with and made for a perfect couple get away! We had an amazing time and enjoyed the home, views and with great walkability with close proximity to downtown. A+++.
The host is most accommodating and very considerate and kind including receiving a personalized note and gift that made our time even more enjoyable. We will be back which is the best endorsement!!

We wanted a short getaway with our older teenager and the size and location of the property was perfect. Owners were easy to deal with and great communicators. The property was very clean and completely updated, including the furniture.
Great location to town and right on the lake. Would recommend for smaller families or two couples.

A Lake Escape was the most comfortable place we could have stayed for some time away. No detail was missed when designing this cabin. Every comfort of home and then some! This cabin is perfect for a couple retreat, family getaway, or time with friends. We can’t wait to go back in warmer weather and have some fun in the lake!
