Great set up if you have teenagers (who can stay downstairs in a separate unit), while Mom and Dad enjoy an upstairs get-away. Clean, well stocked, and dog friendly. We had a great stay,

The property itself is very nice and accommodating. The bed is super comfy and privacy, views, and convenience to town are all fantastic. The hard part, for us, was that we had our senior dog with us and when we arrived, there was a cat sitting on the doormat. The cat never left. It meowed constantly and within an hour of being there, attacked our passive and scared dog with hisses and scratches. Our dog did not provoke this in any way - she's scared of cats and 15 years old. As we tried to resolve this with the property managers, they were unwilling to do anything for us. They told us to call the animal protection service in Fayetteville. They did not offer to do so nor did they provide a number. As the guest, paying a lot of money to stay here, we should not have to deal with this cat the whole time (and we did) and we should not be the ones to call animal services. After HOURS of back and forth - NOT what we wanted to be doing on our vacation - they finally said they'd call animal services. I'm not convinced they did. They also said someone was coming over to assess the situation - no one did the 3 days we were there. They refused to give us any compensation for our troubles and did nothing at all to resolve the situation. If everything goes great with your rental managed by this company - you're probably fine. But if anything goes wrong, their approach is to delay and deflect - NOT to solve. Overall a very disappointing way to spend 4 days and 3 nights away - so we left one day early at our own expense rather than have to deal with the cat 24/7. I do not recommend renting from this property manager.

We stayed here with family and loved the park like setting. The home had everything we needed and then some. Management communicated perfectly, making the stay stress free. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our party of eight visiting for our daughters wedding. So many beautiful outdoor decks and sitting areas to relax. We got permission to have quest over for dinner one night, and everyone loved the ambiance of the hideaway on Mt. Sequoyah.
