So much fun staying on the Mission Bay side with fun in the sand and bay! Loved the patios on 1st and 2nd levels, but the rooftop patio and fire pit were the best!!

We recently stayed with our family including daughters, husbands, and five grandkids from 5-14. Everyone enjoyed the property which included large living room and kitchen along with a very scenic rooftop terrace equipped with grille, dining table and huge outdoor sitting area. Great place for our sunset dinners and Seaworld fireworks display. We checked in only to discover that there was a backed up toilet which they fixed right away along with a malfunctioning ice maker which was fixed the next day. Excellent stay and time.

We brought 4 children under 3 and it was a perfect spot. The top of the stairs has a built in gate which was nice to keep the kids safe on the main kitchen floor. The roof top was spacious, setup to hang out or eat and watch the Sea World fireworks each night. Check in was extremely easy and the property management was so responsive. Oceanside is just a 2 minute walk if you were wanting some wave action.

Our first trip to San Diego and this house was in a perfect location to enjoy all the bay and beach has to enjoy. We liked the fact the bayside Broadwalk Is quieter and you aren’t far from the action on the beach side. Everything we needed was a walk away. Fab beach kit and absolutely every item you need in a kitchen!! Great size and we do feel we didn’t use the house as much as we should of as we were outside but would be a great space for two families as you have room.

This is an incredible house for a family vacation. Beautifully laid out with ample space for everyone, clean and modern. All the supplies for cooking meals are available along with comfy beds, amazing rooftop deck, beach supplies and shower gel/conditioner/shampoo. They really took the time to think about things that help when traveling with family. The location is outstanding with the quiet of the bayside and the beach side a quick walk. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Great house in Mission on the quiet bay side. Check in/out was simple with great communication. House had everything needed for a weeklong stay. Walking distance to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Off on the bayside this is a great location and a bit more quite and relaxing than the ocean side just a few steps away. Would recommend!

The property is beautiful and well appointed. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The check in/check out process was easy and communication with management was excellent. The top sun deck is amazing for laying out or sitting by the gas fire pit in the evenings. The location is great for hanging out on the bay or taking a short walk to the ocean. Restaurants are walking distance as is Belmont Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy!

This is a amazing place to stay! We had a nice get away/family vacation with our adult children and their spouses/significant other. Location is perfect with lots of places within walking distance and beach very close to the property. Host was very responsive with any/all inquiries we had. We were able to check in a bit early which was great. Plenty of space for the whole family and roof top patio was a great place to hang out together, grill etc. Kitchen/living area was also large enough to gather! I highly recommend this place! There was so much to do in the San Diego area and this location was top notch easy access to many things! Thank you to the Hosts for being so responsive and pleasant, made our trip even better!

We absolutely love this vacation home. Everything is well appointed, clean, and accommodating. We loved the roof deck, even saw the firework show!

Wow! Wow! Wow! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home for our family. Everything was top notch from the cleaning, to communication, to the roof deck fireworks show from sea world. We will be back soon!

Great location, fantastic patio, balcony and rooftop deck for views on all 3 floors.

This home was the nicest place we have stayed in 8 years of vacations in MB. We spent most of our time on the enormous roof deck. The views we remarkable and the breezes kept you cool in the sun. At night the fire pit offered warmth on chilly nights while watching fireworks at Sea-world. The layout was spacious and offered great views of the bay from all 3 levels. We had tons of space for all 7 guests. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern amenities. The furniture and decor was high end and very tasteful. We brought 2 paddle boards, 4 bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs and boogie boards (although the chairs and boogie boards were provided) and had no difficulty storing it all securely on the south side of the home. The warm shower in the back of the property and separate hose attachment on the bayside were perfectly placed to make the cleanup after the beach enjoyable. It’s worth mentioning that the the garbage and recycling cans were cleaned weekly by a third party and placed in the alley for us…that’s a first and nice benefit. Also the Vacasa app and communication feeds from Vacasa left us with no questions and made the logistics of our stay flawless. You get what you pay for and we got more than expected in this beautiful home.

We love this house. Everything was perfect for our week long stay at the beach. We will be back!

We loved our stay here!!

The house is modern, spacious, comfortable and has lots of natural light. The view is beautiful, we enjoyed walking on the bay and we could watch the fireworks at Sea World from the house. The house is walking distance to the beach too and lots of restaurants, but the street itself is very quiet. The only thing missing was a toaster. We came in the winter and it rained a lot, so we did not have access to the garage for most of our stay, but 710 gave us a credit back for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved this home on Mission Bay! We have stayed in various properties in San Diego and this is our new favorite. The location, right on the bay & ON THE SAND, just can't be beat for our family. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well stocked, with the exception of an iron & ironing board (maybe we missed it? but we looked everywhere.) The place was spacious and had amazing views of the bay. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And 710 Vacations is so easy to rent with. We wouldn't book with any other company.

The rooftop deck was the hidden gem that you don't typically get with houses. It was amazing with the grill, sitting area and the firepit!! The beach is just a short walk and the bayside is great if the beach is too windy or you just want change of scenery. Not only were the views amazing on the rooftop, but the inside was spacious and had everything you would need- from the most comfortable beds to toiletries to kitchen being well equipped. Parking was also a bonus 3 small vehicles can fit easily 2 in garage 1 in carport. This is our favorite location to date! We will definitely be back!
