First time in Joshua Tree! The few days we were there were perfect.

Property had everything from foil, saran wrap, zip locks, spices, olive oil, coffee filters, creamers, soap, shampoo conditioner, etc...love it when a property has everything. Nice backyard with fire place, hot tub, cold tub, charcoal grill, etc...Beds, linens and towels were good too. I would go back this place. About 5-10 min from Joshua Tree park entrance.

Loved our stay at the Village House in JT! My friends and I had a great time, it was just as described. Aesthetic was great and we loved being in a central location. Thank you Rob and Susan!

We stayed at the Village House during our trip to Joshua Tree and it was just a perfect place to return to after a day of hiking. The house had everything we could have needed including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a beautiful outdoor oasis. We loved the hot tub and all the outdoor seating areas. The communication with Rob and Susan was always very prompt. We live on the east coast and if we ever return to Joshua Tree this will be our go to place to stay. We highly recommend this beautiful home and will make friends and family aware of this gem of a house.

Highly recommend this little oasis in the desert! It was perfect for our family of 4 after a day of hiking and exploring in Joshua Tree National Park. Great amenities including tea & sugar since I’m not a coffee drinker! Having the backyard to relax in after a long day was just the place we needed!

Overall, we were very impressed by the property: the decor fit right into the vibe of Joshua Tree and was functional as well. The couches and bed were very comfortable; plenty of linens and instructions for the hot tub and security gate. A great supply of essentials, from shampoo to coffee, creamer, spices -- just great, although we did not cook (it was vacation!). And walking distance to town was sooooo easy (hardly contributed to our steps). I have to say, I was about to give up on vacation rentals because they have typically been understocked (I can bring my own coffee, but like it when sugar, creamer and spices are available -- so far, has not been the case). This place has restored my opinion of a vacation rental - let's hope all the others are as nice and over-achieving as this one! Thanks for making a quick trip over-the-top!

We needed a homebase to host are out of town in-laws for a Joshua Tree adventure. Rob and Susan’s place was the perfect size for the four of us and so comfortable. We really appreciated the proximity to the park, the beautiful backyard and hot tub. We had everything we needed, and it made for a great vacation for everyone. Thanks Rob and Susan.

Village House was conveniently located for our exploration of the beautiful Joshua Tree NP! We were able to spend the day exploring and return to the comfort of this little Oasis in the desert! Will definitely return!

This was a great place to stay. Quiet, cozy and clean. Walking distance to Joshua Tree shops and restaurants. Short drive to Joshua Tree Natl Park. Very comfy beds, nice hot tub!

only good things to say about this property.. what you see on the photos is what you get! just a note that if you want to build a fire, you would require getting your own logs, fire starter kit, lighter etc.

I’m so happy we chose to stay here, the location was great in proximity to the entrance of Joshua Tree and town. The house was cozy and cute. The only downside was that we didn’t have more people joining us for this stay. The place is ready for a small group to hang out, chill in the hot tub, and grill some steaks. I would definitely repeat our stay here!

Village house was a dream! Would definitely come back and stay again. So close to everything and Joshua Tree National Park. After hiking all day, was nice to relax in the backyard and hot tub!

Easy drive into Joshua Tree National Park and walking distance to shops. Nice property, fun decoration.

We encountered some issues during our stay which were not due to the owners' negligence. Unfortunately, we experienced a power outage from 11:30 pm to 8 am, which made it hard for me to use my CPAP machine and have air conditioning or lights. Furthermore, while trying to cook a pizza, the oven filled the house with smoke. However, despite these setbacks, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated the convenient location within walking distance to downtown. The amenities were great, and the accommodation itself was comfortable.

We had a great stay at this wonderful house! The backyard is the perfect place to either escape from the heat during the day or stargaze at night. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need (including basic toiletries!) to make your stay in Joshua Tree as relaxing as possible. We’d highly recommend this house to anyone

We stayed at this home during our vacation to Joshua Tree National Park. This was our first time to Joshua Tree, CA and the National park. The home was beautiful, quiet, seemed very safe and was private. The hot tub and pool were perfect to relax in after a long day of hiking. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park! We also enjoyed walking to the Joshua tree saloon, Joshua tree coffee and other shops! Seriously, it couldn’t be in a better location! The owners were super friendly and responsive and check in/out was simple. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We gotta say we LOVED THIS LIL HOUSE…nothing fancy about it but it was very cozy & welcoming…we live a very busy life style & staying there helped us relax & unwind SO MUCH!!! BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE the decor matched the whole vibe of the area,neighborhood was very quiet..which was GREAT! we look forward to staying there again,we recommend it to everyone

Love this house! Clean, quiet and comfortable. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. Great communication with easy check-in and check-out. So close to town and the Park.

My daughter and I had an amazing time staying in this village property. It could not have been more perfect! The location was very convenient and just off the highway. In addition; we felt very safe and secure due to a security gate and fenced in property. This did not take away from the beautiful Mountain View’s. All of the special little touches in the home decor were wonderful. We will definitely be booking again next year! Thank you for sharing your special home with us! Tammy and Lauren ❤️

Nicely furnished and super convenient to Joshua Tree! Stayed cool in scorching temps!

The property was cute, clean, and uncluttered. We didn’t try the cowboy pool or hot tub because the temps while we were there were sky high. But i can say the house stayed cool despite temps outside that stayed above 100 even to sunset.
