Clean. But disappointed on how many times I’ve stayed here and they put me in a handicap room with only a shower. I was disappointed bc I was charged almost $300 for the night and I was just driving through

Everything about this property was great: food, service, cleanliness, comfort….just superb. Gracie at breakfast was responsive and had the best attitude. Very good to see and experience on the 8th day of a road trip!!!!!

I was very disappointed! First of all the fire alarm went off at 10:00pm the hotel was evacuated for approximately 40 minutes, which I realize it was nobody’s fault. after we were cleared to go back in the building, I had booked a room for six people, after I booked my room I messaged the property to make sure it would accommodate us . I was reassured the sofa bed would sleep two . The sofa mattress was at least 4 inches smaller than the bed frame and about 2inches thick , we didn’t have any linens , so I had to go to the front desk, after getting linens and making the bed , we didn’t have pillows, so back down to the front desk , they said they would find some and bring them up which they did. We got to bed late due to all that transpired. The next morning we got up , realizing it was late I called the front desk and asked if we could check out one hour later and the said no that wasn’t possible, I said really after all we had been through the night before I didn’t think it was asking too much ! The person at the front desk then asked if we were rewards members which I am , I told her yes , she said let me call you back in a minute, she did call and say we could check out an hour later. I just felt like I wasn’t asking for an late check out was unrealistic it was for one hour I even offered to pay more , it turned into a very unpleasant stay I probably won’t be staying there again !

Super friendly service!!! This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at EVER!!! We would definitely stay at this hotel again! No complaints!

The staff is probably the most personable and professional I have dealt with in many years of travelling domestic and internationally. I mess up my reservation and they were able to easily accommodate an extra day for me. This is the only place I will stay when visiting the Boise area.

A very nice new property. Hotel is bright and modern inside. Room was very nice. Breakfast was amazing! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Easy access right off freeway.

Myself, my daughter and niece are staying the night to enjoy a day at the Waterpark. The hotel has blown these girls minds (9 and 12) with how great the breakfast is, how friendly the staff is, and how "fancy" the rooms are. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the Meridian/Boise area.

The staff were friendly, professional, well trained, and just lovely to deal with.… Every single one of them up to, and including the cleaning staff.

Nice place, clean, quiet. Nice guest service agents. Didn't use pool or breakfast, so no feedback on those. Room was wonderful, though.

Great customer service!! Comfy room and great bedding. My kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The first two days breakfast was excellent with plenty of options that were continuously filled. The last day on Memorial Day there was hardly anything ready and only a few items to choose from. There was only one person for both the breakfast area and front desk. It left a bad impression for a return visit.

We had a great stay. It was close to everything and the staff was excellent.

This is our third Holiday Inn Express in our travels, and all of them have been excellent. As with our previous two stops, the staff here was very friendly right from the moment we walked through the door. Their suggestions for near by restaurants were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection of a variety of food. A nice way to start your day. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was really cean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the property is a newer property, the staff was hospitable and the breakfast was good.
