This property was everything and more! They thought of everything, stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, etc. next visit I know what I can leave at home. Also had this cool backgammon table we were going to buy dice for so we could play but never got around to it with all the other fun things to do. fabulous patio out back to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Short distance walk to restaurants and beach. We might just have found our yearly visiting place. Love the area. Thank you so much in ensuring all the comforts of home

Wonderful townhouse with everything you need. Two minute walk to the beach, tennis courts right next door, lovely tree-lined walkway and close to restaurants.

The condo is in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. It’s well stocked with all the essentials and beautifully decorated. We hope it’s available next time we visit the island.

I’ve been visiting Singer Island for over 20 years, so I knew the exact location of this property. The reason I chose this property was bc of it’s proximity to the beach, (it’s as close to the water as the hotels that are beachfront) safe neighborhood setting suitable for families with small children and strollers, etc., as well as the short walk to restaurants, convenience stores, and good cycling and running. The unit/building itself is older, with updated baths and kitchen, close to unit parking, easy check-in, and great communication with the rental company and property manager. I had one small issue with the microwave and am only mentioning it as a way to praise the response time/professionalism of the house manager. Everything you need is in the unit to get you started…kitchen and bathroom supplies, bath/beach towels, and chairs and boogie boards, too. The unit has plenty of space to be together as a group, but also to find your own space as well. Everything was recently cleaned and the washer/dryer in the unit was super convenient if you want to pack lightly and wash as you go. There were occupants (a young family with little kids and another group of 4 women) in the other units that were seen, but rarely heard, which was nice. The price was right-equivalent to a room at the Hilton a half mile north on the same beach, but you were afforded much much more in this space as opposed to the single hotel room. It’s not fancy, it’s beachy, but depending on what you’re after for your own situation, could def work for you, and I would book again with this company and in the same unit. ;)

We love this little town house across the street from the beach so much this is the second year returning (we are South Floridians so it takes a lot to impress us). The place is clean and located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We will be returning.

You can't beat this location - walking distance to shops & restaurants, right across the street from the beach - fantastic! Safe & quiet neighborhood, a very relaxing retreat for our long weekend away! Condo has everything you need - most awesome to have beach chairs & umbrellas!! Condo was comfy & clean - only suggestion is that sliding doors were difficult to open/close and in dire need of cleaning - could barely see out of the front bedroom. Overall - a terrific place!!

Upon arrival hard time finding book with instructions. Could use more washcloths, place very clean served our needs nicely.

Great location, spacious. Outside needs update but home owner informed about renovations before hand, so we knew to expect.

The property is a great location and the interior upgrades are lovely. The owners are very attentive and responsive. My adult children stayed at the condo and the only complaint was the uncomfortable mattresses and the single size fold out that was exceedingly uncomfortable.

Jeff and Misty thank you for a wonderful vacation. Your house is so clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay with our family. The location was perfect. We hope to be back again.

This property is very nice. The beach is directly across the street. Great location!

This two-story townhome is in a great spot, literally steps away from the playground and beach. Much of the interior has been updated - most specifically the kitchen and bathrooms look brand new. The outside may look a bit rough but they are planning renovations on the exterior soon. Many conveniences were considered including a small washer and dryer. Overall a comfortable stay in a key location to the beaches and restaurants/shops down the street. The owners were very friendly and responsive!

We had a great stay at Jeff's place, the location could not be better. Short walk to a beach and a three minute walk to a Marina that has a ferry that takes you to peanut Island. Also lots of restaurants within walking distance would absolutley recommend Jeff's place. 10/10

Such a cute condo in the perfect spot!! Clean, modern kitchen, all beach chairs & beach towels there to use. It was perfect!!! And literally a crossed the street from the beach. We would definitely stay again & look forward to booking again in the future!

The owner was more than accommodating. We checked in early to drop off our bags and spent much time at either the beach (5 minute walk) or Sailfish Marina (10 minute walk). Clean two bedroom place. Nice to have our own baths and shower. We will be back.

The townhouse was extremely accessible to the beach, beautiful walking path, inlet and sunsets, restaurants. The back patio was a nice escape to the outdoors for morning coffee. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very new and nicely done. Very spacious. Would definitely return.

This rental was a delightful experience. It is very large with open space to relax and enjoy. We had some friends stay with us for a couple of days and they were amazed at how beautiful it was. I thoroughly enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and happy hour drinks. The beach was close as well as restaurants and shopping. The only thing missing was a pool but we knew there wasn't one in advance. We would definitely stay here again. Jeff and Misty were wonderful and very responsive.

The property was very clean and conveniently located in a great area. Two nice bedrooms, each with full bath. Lovely private patio and great beach access. Appreciated that beach chairs provided. We will definitely keep it on our list for "go-to" places.

We had an amazing time here. The house was beautiful and spotless. In a PERFECT location right across the street from the beach and restaurants and shops a few blocks away. We can’t wait to come back!!

A great and comfortable place right across the street from the ocean. The pictures don't do it justice.

We came down for my son to play baseball in Jupiter. The location was about 20 minutes from the park, we could walk across the street to the beach. The unit was clean and it had beach chairs and umbrellas. I would recommend this location if you coming down to play ball and looking for some beach time.. Jeff and Misty were awesome host an EXTREMELY accommodating. I would definitely stay here again! Tom G.

Location was perfect. We parked the car when we got there and didn’t use it again until we left for the airport! Rooftop restaurant across the street was excellent for both breakfast and dinner as well as the restaurant/pool bar at the islander grill and tiki bar. The marina is just a few blocks away and a great place to grab a drink/ bite and listen to live music while watching all the boat activity. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the beach which was literally across the street. Back patio was great for coffee and afternoon cocktails with little sun but lots of privacy. Highly recommend this condo for an adult getaway as there are plenty of bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

This place is across the street from the beach in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rental has 2 1/2 bathrooms and 4 TVs so never a fight over the remote.

The location was great. Close to the beach. The decor is cute. We did need to make a trip to the store to restock on paper towels and TP after the first day. No wash cloths provided and only 1 hand towel for this 2 1-2 bath condo. We could only find 2 beach towels for the 4 of us. Two of the 3 beds were quite uncomfortable.

We love the area.So much to do and so close to restaurants.Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I came to Jupiter for a baseball tournament and wanted to find a place that allowed us easy access to the fields as well as the beach. This townhouse was perfect, not only did it provide easy access to the fields (about 12 miles) and beach but also was very spacious, clean, well equipped and was within easy walking distances to various very good restaurants. This townhouse is located directly across the street from the beach and you can make it from the townhouse to sitting in your beach chair in less than 5 minutes. The area that this townhouse is in is kept very clean and well maintained. If we return to this area we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Stayed here with 5 adults and had plenty of room. The two and a half baths were nice. It was a good location and walking distance to the beach and other attractions.
