Very Nice, clean and close to everything in Grand Junction. There are lots of fun things to do in the area.

The property was very close to the CMU pool where we were competing. Safeway was right down the street. Property was just as described and met our needs.

Really enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. The location was excellent; close to downtown, grocery stores, and hiking trails. It was off the main road so quiet. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the private backyard area each night at the end of our day. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer to use. Would highly recommend staying here if your travels bring you to the area!!

This unit was perfect for us visiting our son for spring break. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals at the condo. It was perfectly located for us in relation to our son. We will definitely be staying here again.

We love our say at this property. The unit was clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The bed was nice and comfy. Kitchen was well equipped with necessities. It is also close to everything.

It was so clean and gorgeous inside. Definitely modern with a homey feel. We immediately felt right at home. The backyard patio was so cute and I wish the weather would have allowed us to utilize it better. We considered this our home away from home and will absolutely be back!

Unfortunately this was not for a vacation. The property manager was very accommodating and empathetic to our situation. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This property was great! The property is modern and clean. It is well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Water pressure was great! Close to many points of interest in Grand Junction. Would stay each time we visit.

I wanted to spend my birthday weekend with my mom in a GJ and show her all the beauty of the western slope. Great location close to all the things we needed. Very well stocked kitchen made it really easy for us to cook dinner and save a little bit of money eating out. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice newer condo near Walmart and Safeway. Clean and nothing to complain about!

We enjoyed our stay here. The door lock access was super easy and convenient. Only issue with it was when the sun was in its prime the handle was very hot to the touch. The kitchen wear all matches and was super cute. High end appliances were great. The microwave is super powerful too. The hardwood floors seemed to be dirty or holding onto dirt. They didn't look dirty at all. Walking around barefoot our feet would get super dirty and that was upon arrival before tracking stuff in. We wore socks to avoid this. Both bed frames have a middle support pole and we stubbed our toes on them multiple times, so just something to be aware of when you stay. We wrapped blankets around them haha. The mattresses were very firm. Since they are memory foam, when we'd wake up in the morning we'd be sunk into the mattress. Not a deal breaker just something to consider if you're a picky sleeper. Communication was great. Our overall experience was good. We would stay again but not until our little one is older since the stairs are floating. It's a beautiful place.

Really nice townhome. Everything is very new and clean. The patio is great and provided some privacy and shade all day long. We would definitely stay again.

Good Stay, Nice location near grocery and center of town

I cannot rave enough about this stay. I’ve never felt so comfortable, other than in my own home, staying somewhere. From the cleanliness, to the softness of the sheets, to the back patio and grille, soaps and shampoos/ conditioner, the little binder of all Grand Junction goodies and info - I truly could not find a thing to complain about!!!! I will stay here every time!
