It was spacious and pretty interior. Equipped with all amenities!

The smell of the mould. Also linen and towels smelled after cigarettes which was uncomfortable as we dont smoke.

The apartment is pretty big and clean. I liked the bedroom, it was comfy. The apartment looked nice.

There was wi-fi only in the kitchen. In the bedroom internet didn’t work at all. In the kitchen was terrible smell of cats. The communication with the owner was terrible. I was told I can leave the place at 12 and later the owner was expecting me to leave at 11. I’ve got several unpleasant messages. The cleaning service was outside but no one knocked the door properly, so I could hear it. I left the place a few minutes after 12, as was originally agreed, and this was a big problem for the owner. My feelings after this stay are bad.

Great location near airport. Car park nearby. Big apartment with all kitchen amenities. Easy check in and check out.

No shower head holder.

Old and demage furniture. Windows and doors on balcon you couldn't close. Very loud street. Bad Wifi in sleeping room.

The apartment is very big and nice, location of house is fine. Also, host was very kind and helpful.

Whole house was wet which caused bit mold around windows. As I am an asthmatic, the stay here wasn't very pleasant for me.

Nice flat close to the city centre and the ocean. free parking nearby. very nice was the possibility of a cleaning service during the stay . everything was perfect. thank you ☀️

it was cosy

we aren’t from Portugal so we needed proper instructions for the phone, tv, and washing machine also 1 tea towel is not enough. a garbage can for the things you don’t recycle would have been good too. azorean tea is so good, a teapot would have been nice.

The apartment is located in a very quiet, peaceful area within walking distance to a little corner store and a coffee shop. We could see the freshly baked bread left on several other doors every morning for the residents, which can easily tell about the area how safe and friendly it is. The apartment we stayed in on the upper floor, was very clean, with lots of light coming through the beautiful doors to Juliette balconies, spacious enough for 2 people, and furnished with all necessities for spending and enjoying time on the beautiful, amazing island.

If we could stay longer and also meet our hosts, would have been great. We look forward to returning to the same place and hopefully have a chance to express our thanks in person to the hosts. Excellent experience!
