Quick call and resolution to problems - customer service was great with any issues, comments, and concerns. Very responsive. Pretty clean but a bit dusty in some places. Stocked with dishware, flatware, and cooking utensils that all look clean. There was also a nice set of stainless steel pots and pans (no nonstick, but nice for dishwasher safe). There isn't a lot of supplies though (like oil, sugar, etc), so bring or purchase those if needed. Heater was nice and kept the house comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. Couch was comfy but no additional blankets.

Difficult lock - the door code / electronic door lock wasn't working, so we had to call for support to get the code to the lockbox with the manual key. Customer support was very quick and understanding though! No door mats inside by the front door so it was very easy to track in dirt and ice when walking in. Wifi wasn't great - it stopped multiple times during our stay, and was frequently slow, so beware if you're working from home (it stopped in the middle of some of our meetings).

Very comfortable unit. Centrally located.
