Loved the stay and most thankful. We have been coming to southside condos for 30-40 years. The countertops are all being replaced. New towels are most needed!! And absorbent dish towels and wash rags. We look forward to the master shower being modified. Otherwise excellent. Love the location and the furniture in family room, and natural linens.

Great location! Under construction outside so that wasn’t great but everything else was awesome! Right on the water which is exactly what you want for a beach vaca.

We loved this place! It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Check in process was smooth, communication with the owner was effortless. Beach was great, and so was the pool! The only negative thing I can say is that there is construction going on. We did get a heads-up from the owner about the handy man stopping by, so we were there when he stopped. One day we came back from the pool to find a guy in condo cleaning windows (unannounced) . We had left our personal item there, so it made us a little uneasy. Other than that it was great! We hope to go back again one day!

Son and partner joined us from Canada so we could meet up with the Florida family and visit 92yearold gran. Only manage to do this once every year so will stay again in2024.

The entire process for this stay was smooth. The location of the condo and the interior decorating were enjoyable. I would recommend this place to my friends and family

The unit was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, however we noticed a few issues requiring attention. The master shower had a slow drain as well as a squeaky bed. The refrigerator had a loud scrapping noise when opening it, but I was able to fix it by moving a few shelves around. The thermostat was programed to automatically change to 72deg daily which would override a manual setting. It was very loose on the wall as well. I noticed that the ac filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years which is an indicator that the unit is not properly maintained.

This condo was not only immaculate, the location was on point! It was literally perfect! Bree was amazing with any communication and so helpful and a great hostess!

Bree is an excellent host who made sure our stay was a stress free, worry free! The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and well supplied with nice furniture and appliances. Everything we needed was already there for our use.
The views of the ocean from the balcony, bedroom, and living room were beautiful! We definitely recommend this place to anyone.
The condo is situated in a community that has very nice parks, restaurants, and natural preserves. Beautiful part of Florida.

Condo was perfect set up for 2 adults and 2 children. Steps away from the beach or pool - can't beat that. It's our second time staying in this building and we will definitely be looking to come back and hopefully stay in this unit again. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there - only great things to say about it!

This was a condo located on the 3rd floor of a 7-story building. This building is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. We sat on the balcony in the morning and slept to the sound of ocean waves at night! There was a master bedroom with glorious views of the ocean and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. It was absolutely perfect!
Bree has the place decorated just right and everything was extremely clean. We didn't want to leave! She responds immediately to your questions and is very communicative. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! I'd recommend it to everyone!

Everything about his condo was absolutely perfect! The condo was tastefullly decorated, it included every possible amentity needed and the beach and ocean view was absolutley amazing!!!! The no-drive beach is perfect for running, walking, biking etc.
Brianna literally made my whole entire experience effortless from start to finish! She was extremely kind and prompt when responding to any of my questions. Hands down, Brianna is the best host!

This apartment sits on a corner giving a direct view of the ocean and also you can see the Northern Bart of the beach for miles. The condo is decorated beautifully and very clean.. The condo was equipped with everything you need for an incredible getaway.

Highlight of the condo is the view of the ocean from the master bedroom! Condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation. Owner is fabulous at timely communications.
