My days was at the hotel was very cool! it has his swimming pool and i enjoyed it very much! thanks for this good time, everything was perfect! hotel, staff, cleaness, pool, bar and e.t thank you again! i prefer to rveryone come and visit this hotel!

The swimming pool is wonderful, the rooms are new, clean and even have a kettle to make tea. The next door restaurant was the best restaurant I visited while in Georgia - I love the shady location by a stream and the trout and fried potatoes were excellent.

Regrettably there seemed to be some staffing issues. The lovely manager from my stay 10 days previously was apparently no longer working there. I arrived to a man raising his voice apparently because I had arrived unexpectedly. He insisted the hotel was closed and walked off. Finally after 10 mins he seemed to change his mind and showed me to a room, reducing the price because no breakfast was available. After that, his manner changed and he was very helpful, even kindly appearing at 3am to carry my bags out to the airport taxi. I hope they get their management issues sorted soon because it is a great place to stay...

Friendly welcome by Sofia made all the difference. My room was very clean. The swimming pool in the garden was a joy after a long flight. The fish restaurant nearby by a shady stream, less than 100m walk, was just what I needed on my first evening in Georgia. Peaceful location.

It is quite a drive to the centre of Tbilisi. However, the hotel will book a taxi or you can order your own taxi using the Bolt App.

absolutely nothing

Everything was good, cleanliness, facilities and comfort. The breakfast is perfect. And the best there is, Sophie. The hotel is lucky that Sophie is there. If I had a chance to go to visit Tbilisi again, I would like to stay in Sierra Hotel Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the vital places. But it was not a big problem for me.

I had an overnight stay in Sierra Hotel right before my flight and it was exceptional. Rooms are clean and cozy, bed was very comfortable. The staff almost forced me to have breakfast and coffee 2 hours earlier than a common breakfast time, just because they were really concerned about me going to airport without breakfast. Lovely hotel, feels very much like home, would recommend!

- Very friendly & helpful staff; - The hotel's recently opened - everything's new; - Breakfast was good, simple but solid; - Short trip to-and-from the airport (if that's your case).

- The WiFi-signal could be better; - The neighborhood is depressing, pretty much in the middle of nowhere.
