Kitchen appliances were too worn to use. The seat of western style toilet was broken and separated, leading to dangerous situation.

Nice, quite, spacious and clean basement unit. Kitchen well equipped and unit has two bathrooms to accomodate large family size. The unit is really more suitable for large families. Unit in a new development area so it is better to use Waze rather than Google maps to get to it. The owner is very nice and helpful, she provided complete information and instructions. The security agent was very cooperative and helpful as well.

The bedroom mattress needs to be updated to a more comfortable one. I used the twin mattress as it was more comfortable.
