Extensive dirty room. 109 Smelly room

Loved the stay here everyone was so welcoming buffet was amazing many thanks to Anjum from guest relation she was so helpful throughout my whole stay ,looking forward to come back soon again ..Best hotel

The location of the hotel is good.

The hotel is under construction. The room was smelly and unclean. Not worth even Rs. 500.

They provide the room where construction is going on. So noises are there always. The room is not well maintain against the money. They don't provide towel. Food is too costly.

this is an excellent stopover point on The restaurant serves delicious fare. service is quick & staff is great. Washrooms are clean.

Staff in particular is very nice. I stayed there for a night and in room service as well as dinner and breakfast was amazing. Shout out to: Smita Rani, Azam and Riyaz. Pool is clean. Rooms neat. Gym great with instructor.

Good but need to ensure Greenland Grand name is maintained by giving good and fresh towels and napkins which are quite old. I Am sure Fab can afford to discord old towels and napkins and provide fresh and new . Also amc are to be maintained for the cabin temperature

Excellent stay and hospitality .the stay was excellent and Food is excellent but need to increase the variety. Include lunch buffet as well for better experience.
