What a great property for our company leadership retreat! There was plenty of comfortable space to meet in, and many places for us to meet individually. We hired a local chef (who was amazing) and the entire property was perfect for our needs!

This house was absolutely the most perfect house with everything at your fingertips! What a spectacular weekend we had! The property managers made everything so easy and we all plan to come back and rent this house again in the future!!

The home is gorgeous, tons of space, great amenities, good location, etc. The reason for the reduced rating is the communication with the property manager. I flew my sales team in for a multi-day training, and requested a late checkout prior to booking, no response. Booked and requested again - still no firm answer, but some indication of that not being a problem. Requested again the week of - still no firm answer, but indicated it shouldn't be a problem. Night before checkout I receive an email telling me the cleaning crew will be there at 10 am. I push back and they tell me a late checkout isn't possible. Flew my whole team in and paid over $5k for two nights, but 2 more hours just wasn't 'possible at this time.' Had I known that one of the first 5 times I asked, I could have made alternative arrangements. That's unacceptable behavior. (Charges also appear to be wrong on my CC statement.) Loved the house, but would not book with Iconic Vacations again.

This was the perfect location for our 10 person team off-site. Everyone was able to have their own room and the house had tons of usable space for work sessions, discussions, activities, etc. Would definitely book it again!
