You can't beat the location to all that Charleston and the surrounding area has to offer. And more importantly, the property is in a quiet area with not too much light pollution so you can fully enjoy the beauty of the marsh and sky. When I first rented it, I was a little worried about sharing the property, but the large yard had plenty of room to share and it never felt crowded. In fact, while I was there, there were lots of time no one else was outside. Very beautiful piece of property to enjoy some quiet reflective time.

This was my first time renting and RV and it will probably be my last, not anything to do with the property, I think I’m just a hotel/condo/rental home type person. In terms of the view, communication, cleanliness, all 5-star. I’m a super light sleeper, so I wasn’t used to the loudness of the ventilation system, which really affected my sleep. Something got turned off in the RV, so we had to take cold showers the first time, but as soon as we let the property manager know, it was resolved. Overall, me not enjoying my stay is because I’m just too used to a hotel room, but if you like an RV, this is a great location for getting to Folly or downtown Charleston. The view is amazing, but it was way too hot to take advantage of the fire pits. The little extras, like make up wipes, toothpaste/toothbrush, Keurig and supplies, were very thoughtful.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. It was really nice to go sit on the dock and underneath the huge tree at night. There’s a nice breeze usually there too. We didn’t have to drive far for good local restaurants.

We were focused on beach time and sitting by the water….this property has a nice pier with places to fish, rock on the swing and observe the beauty of the area. The RV worked perfect for our vacation…. Ample linens,towels and complimentary toothbrushes/paste….the little extra touches were appreciated. Would definitely stay here again…close to Folly Beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby too.

We really enjoyed the outside property and access to the dock and marsh area. The RV was not what we expected. The smell of urine in the bedroom was quite unpleasant. I did not realize pets were allowed in this rental or I would not have booked. I travel full time in my camper as a nurse so I know what to expect for cleanliness. The smell from the sewer system was very strong…not sure if it is not properly cleaned in between guest or if the tank is always open to sewage. Not that it can be changed but the water anywhere in Charleston smells awful just heads up. If the RV was a little better cleaned and maintained it would be absolutely worth the money to stay on this property.

This is our second time staying at this picture perfect property. The RV is stocked with all you will need and sits on a spectacular marsh view. We enjoyed our coffee on the dock watching the dolphins play and our afternoons fishing. This is a natures lovers paradise and centrally located with privacy. The owner found out we were celebrating our anniversary and personally brought over a very heartwarming gift. We can’t wait to come back and miss this little slice of paradise already.

First day of check in we had a little trouble with some bees but the owner took care of that right away. From the RV there is beautiful views of the dock. The RV was very clean and organized and ready for our one week stay. It was me my spouse and our 7 year old daughter who loved it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. James island is not that far from anywhere you want to go. We enjoyed nights on the dock at the RV and days at the beach on Sullivan Island witch is way more family oriented for kids. Our all around experience was awesome and we look forward to another stay.

The RV was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The property was stunning, quiet and relaxing. The James Island area is the perfect mid-way point between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, though I will say, James Island has tons of amenities and charm of it's own. The owner's Warren and his father are super friendly and accommodating and property manager Kaitlin is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I'd highly recommend.

The location and property were amazing. The RV we rented was not so amazing. Zero updates so everything is original equipment and dated. Needs a deep cleaning as there was dog food, dirt, debris etc in the county and corners. The ACs worked but we’re incredibly noisy, incredibly. The water is not filtered and makes the Rv smelt of sulfur. The waterfront location is great but the blinds are screwed close so you can’t see the view from the inside. Yard needed mowed, yard equipment are could be much more clean/organized as you have to park next to the open storage area.

We had the best time and stay while in Charleston. Perfect location!! We had everything we needed. RV was clean.
We enjoyed it so much- We played during the day and came back to peacefulness. Built a fire in fire pit and just relaxed. Not far from town. Would definitely come back.
My only suggestion would be get a better mattress it was hard as a rock

Very laid back and off the beaten path, but nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The trailer was very clean and want lacking anything.. Owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Will definitely return

We have never stayed in an RV before so it was a unique experience. The communication was excellent and I feel that they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. They housed a wedding the weekend we stayed and was upfront about their plans in doing so. The event was very close to the RV and they offered a refund due to the inconvenience. We are very appreciative and will definitely be coming back.

Great price for a 28' motorhome with a very nice view. Easy to get to Charleston, half the price of other options. Private area, great hosts. Clean and comfortable....

The property jad a great view of the waterfront!
We visited early in the season, so the owners were doing ground maintenance while we were there. It wasn't quite as reclusive as we had hoped, but it was understandable.

My partner and I had our favorite experience together because of this beautiful property and because the hosts think of every, single, detail...Tons of kcups for coffee (and good brands...for coffee snobs like me). Saturday morning was magical and serene sitting on the dock looking out over the marsh drinking said great coffee. Everything we wanted to do downtown was about 15 minutes away as was the beach. We will definitely come back asap with a bigger group!

This RV is in a beautiful pointe, overlooking the marsh. We enjoyed our coffee out on the dock and listened to all the sea birds. The bed was very comfy and it was the perfect amount of space for our little family. We loved it so much, we booked this little slice of heaven again for our Anniversary!

The RV is nice and everything works as it should. The property and views are beautiful! The only thing that I didn’t like is that the listing didn’t specifically note that the RV is in the backyard of the home. (Although we did assume that would be the case) Not bad- still pretty private; just wish I would have known.

The motor home was spotless and supplied with everything we needed. The location is beautiful overlooking the creek lined with old oaks. There was a bench swing overlooking the creek and another one on the dock. It was pleasantly quiet after a day at beach and around town.

This property is so beautiful you won’t want to leave. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. All the little extras (toiletries, coffees, creamers and spices) make it easy to pack lighter. If I ever come to South Carolina again I would definitely stay here.
Sitting on the dock drinking my coffee, watching the dolphin and birds was definitely the highlight of my trip.

We had a wonderful stay!! We enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful property. The marsh front views are expansive and breathtaking — we were sure to catch BOTH sunrise and sunset views each day. We brought our paddleboards and the dock gave us super easy access to get on the water. We had daily dolphin sightings from the property and while paddling and those certainly never disappoint. The RV was so much fun and had everything we needed and lots of additional little touches we didn’t expect. Loved relaxing by both fire pits and all of the swings and cozy Adirondacks!! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous spot!

We found this rental on Vrbo when looking for a place to stay while visiting Charleston. We had never stayed in an RV before so we thought we would give it a try. Great experience. Beautiful location. Easy access to the city. We even watched dolphins play in the waters off the dock.

They have thought of everything. The intentional care and thought was very appreciated. We stayed for our Anniversary and arrived to be surprised by a sweet card and plant. It is very rare to experience personal touches like these. We are already planning our next trip here! Thank you so much for the great experience!

The property and RV was just right for a short get a way. The drive into Charleston was approx 15 minutes. The area was quiet and the view was peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed staying in the RV.
