The customer service was awesome, the room was perfect, clean and comfortable. However, there was a big issue the hotel should address. I did let the front office staff know at check out, they should exterminate often because this is an extended stay there shouldn’t be any type of bugs in the rooms. I seen a few the two days of being there. That’s the only complaint that I have. Other than that the hotel stay was perfect.

No blow dryers available in room no coffee in room. When checking in went to room and used the restroom no toilet paper was on holder. Bedspread had stains. Awful for 404.00 for 2 nights

Untensiles are extra and employees at front desk are rude and careless
After I checked in they rented my room to 3 other people I took a shower as I was coming out the bathroom someone walked in
Later I was eating dinner another person walked in
I went to the desk and asked why were people still being giving a key to a room that’s been rented already and she just looked at me and never responded
Later while laying in bed it happened again

The location was convenient to food and shopping. I also thought the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be going back on Friday to Saty again due to the hospitality. I had a reservation somewhere else, but I canceled it

Rooms could be a little cleaner, but staff was very friendly, warm and accommodating. Grounds were quiet and well kept. Price was reasonable.

The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and kind. I was traveling with my teenage kids and our dog so just needed a place for the night. The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was coffee and muffins so plan on grabbing something from somewhere else if you want breakfast. We'll stay here again if traveling with my dog.

We called and complained about a guest sleeping on the floor above us multiple time for being extremely loud and nothing was done,

Very pleased. Check in was very nice and our room is surprising comfortable. Very different than the usual but nice. More modern and less traditional.

Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable beds. Front desk manager was awesome! We had a few problems with people above us being extremely noisy and he took care of it. Highly recommend

Everything was cool. Although my room was clean. I Do feel like it was rushed because I was waiting on my room an hour after getting there. The room also has ants in there, but it wasn’t unbearable. I also had a few hair in the shower and the cleaners left a dirty rag in the in room.I did love the new model of this hotel and honestly I will book aging. All of the things I lost were minor things, but for the price and the costumer experience I had I will come and book again.

This property seems to be pretty new. Everything was very clean and staff was kind. My family had to check out earlier than planned due to a family emergency at home and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. She worked with Expedia to take care of us quickly and we were able to end our reservation without issue.

Hotels seem unprepared for gas. Cleanliness was very poor. There were dust bars under the bed. No amenities in the room, only one luggage cart at all at all. Not a great experience.

The toilet paper was in the refrigerator freezer. Not near the toilet. I sit down to do my business without looking for toilet paper. Never had such an experience in a hotel or motel. There was only one trashcan. None in the bathroom. The TV did not come on. There was no breakfast. There was never anyone at the front desk.

This is a very nice property in an area with motored, gas stations and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was a disconnected TV in the fitness room. There was plenty of space, the room was comfortable and the noise level was low. Would definitely book again.

The hallway carpet was dirty. We had to step around a bucket to get into our room because the ceiling was leaking, there is hardly any space to walk your dog, our room was dirty too. The toilet was just gross. I had to clean it myself. Behind the bath door was dirty and obviously was never cleaned before us. Being a newer hotel, I had high hopes but never again

We were allowed to check in earlier than 3 pm. Only one person at the front desk and she remained calm and friendly while 2 people before me and still taking the time to assist another person that was already checked in but had an issue with his room key card.

Lots of noise from other rooms. Can hear them like they was about to fall in our room and slamming doors next door. The floors in room wasn’t clean hair on floors.

Brand new hotel but no hair dryer or lotions live most hotels. But no biggie. No drinks at to go breakfast bar that part was kinda lame. But over all good stay.

This hotel had just opened the day before we checked in…the checkin process was lengthy and not smooth. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. Nothing provided in the room, SOAP, hair dryer, missing normal hotel room amenities…check out was even worse. Told I had a balance after the room was paid for in fill in advance.

When I booked I saw that it was a new hotel, but I didn't realize our check-in day was their first day. There were some opening weekend glitches but the staff handled it with smiles and apologies. Major inconvenience for many, no hairdryers in the rooms or available. Most of the customers were there for a NASCAR race and it was cold so hats were needed or would be worn anyway.
