This place is perfect for business people, is a comfortable place, with a perfect ubication, near downtown, near supermarkets, near the bus station. I will stay here on my next trip.
Is not a place to walk after sunset, there are many homeless people near.

They were rude and I accommodating. Very prejudiced on anonymous ways.

I liked the comfy bed that helped me get a good night's sleep, as well as the jet stream tub. I also loved all the little cats around the hotel and the Roku TV setup where I was able to use Hulu to discover some cool movies and shows before I went to sleep. My kitty also slept soundly and comfortably the first night!
The location isn't really near a lot that's walkable other than a 7-11, but I didn't leave the hotel room much, so that wasn't a dealbreaker for me.

The management here is seriously lacking. The managers boyfriend almost fought my Uber driver.

The people at the reception were very nice and lent me a charger for my phone. The room unexpectedly had a fancy kitchen, the shower also had a fancy design.
There was little bad smell in the room.

Water pressure low in shower someone for got to put curtains up or blinds over bathroom window TV remote a little sticky you have to always point push hard. . Couldn't see clearly the on and off button for wall heater water wasn't hot Luke warm.

The staff was super helpful and brought me extra blankets, and a table to work on. They are trying their best to upgrade the place.
There was a wide range of stores just a few blocks away.
Awful location. I never walked anywhere. Very tough part of town
Could not get the heater to work properly. Towels and other amenities pretty barebones.
