Nothing. The refrigerator had mole and mildrew in it. There was bugs, spiders, and roaches on the floor. Food in the microwave. Hair all in the bed when I pulled the cover back. Then booking.com and Day Inn decided that I shouldn't get a refund.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and we had no problems. We went for the pool use and it was so clean. We loved that they have a bathroom right next to the pool as well. Would love to stay there again and will definitely tell friends about it.

The room was unsanitary there was blonde hair in the tub all over the bathroom when we’ve arrived and the tub had dirt residue as if it wasn’t cleaning and the sheets were stained the day time staff mainly Winn or Wynn was very rude and charged me for a false fee when i asked about it she hung up in my face

not much! it was pretty sketchy for a single female traveler. had to walk outside around the corner of building to get to the elevator. I had no blankets in the room ( sheet and sheet blanket) the heat did not work. this was during a cold snap. there was no ice machines working no drink or snack machines. nothing at front desk to purchase. 😩

The KING bed was comfortable. If you are going to be the host hotel for an event, you should have the staff to accommodate the event. They could have been someone to help the front quest guy with running the breakfast. If you do not have enough towels for the rooms, then you should only rent out rooms that match the towel quantity. The outdoor garbage cans should be emptied when they are filled-up.
I had 2 rooms. We arrived on Friday and room 1 left on Wednesday- No room service at all - my daughter took the garbage out and tried to exchange towels, but they did not have any. The second room, the refrigerator froze anything I put in there. (yes, I did change the settings) I tried to exchange towels, they gave me 2 wash clothes and 1 hand towel for 2 adults to use. I came back from the competition the next night, and there was no toilet paper - I rang the bell at the front desk, it was midnight, I must of woke the man up and he was NOT happy. (this was on DAY 5 of NO room service) The toaster in the breakfast room does not toast evenly. The smoke alarm was even set off because of the crumbs in it and people trying to NOT burn their toast. I was unable to get a receipt when the room checked out because they were getting a new program. I asked Thursday and even when I checked out and he said he would try, and email it to me. Never got it.

the lobby because rooms were crap!
Not to be that family but from the time we got there to check in the guy up front couldn't assist with anything besides a payment. AirPods in while checking us in so communication was not the most pleasant especially after a canceled flight. was trying to resolve issue with room credits. no concern just passed off to a manager would wouldn't be in until after our check out time the next day. I would NOT recommend unless it's last minute and no other option

We did not end up staying due to being given two rooms that were dirty and not able to be stayed in. the first room had stains and gross stuff on them. when we called to ask for clean sheets we had to go down and get them. They stayed they did not have any and gave us a different room. The new room had bugs in the bed and throughout the room. I was not going to have my family stay there. we went back downstairs and packed the car. Went to front office, returned the keys, and asked for a refund. The guy was rude and only stated “you booked through a third party, you have to call them” and then he turned around, walked away, and shut the door. Customer service was very poor.
