We loved our stay at the house. It was very clean and well equipped, the beds were comfy and the views were stunning. It was great to read about the owners, and whilst we never mind stripping beds, etc. it was nice to not have to do that. The only downside was the road accessing the property is undergoing major utility work, so instead ot the expected few yards of gravel road (we'd messaged to check that access was a proper road before booking 2 weeks earlier) we had to navigate a less than 50% wide bumpy dirt track.

Our stay was exactly what we expected! The house was perfect and communication from the property manager was outstanding. We will for sure be renting this property again!

My husband, 19 yr old daughter and I stayed at this property over the weekend. We absolutely loved it! It's very comfortable and the view of the mountain is breathtaking! We relaxed, cooked dinners (had everything we needed in the kitchen), watched March Madness, got in the hot tub (view of mountain from hot tub was amazing) and put a puzzle together. Convenient to everything. Loved having a garage to park in. There are 2 levels plus a basement level (only thing in basement is hot tub), so there are a lot of steps. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at so many Vrbo's over the last 20 years and I believe this was one of our favorites! The views were amazing, the location was perfect just being just 8 minutes from the slopes, and the home was very clean and well stocked...something you don't get in most Vrbo's! Thanks for the opportunity to be able to stay in such a beautiful home!

I'm a regular visitor to Breckenridge and consider this a great find. The highlights of this place, of which there are many, are as follows: - The view. Sitting in the recliners upstairs or soaking in the hot tub, post ride, you will not get a better view of the mountain and feel more happy with your decision to book this place. - Easy to get in and out of, especially if you're in town for skiing/riding - Very roomy. Definitely enough room for 3 adult couples. - Immaculately clean - Well-appointed, roomy kitchen with lots of cooking supplies and appliances - The hot tub is big enough for at least 4 adults. It also has colored lights for night tubbing. And unlike many other properties in the area, you don't need to walk in a foot of snow to get to it. Half of the tub is under the deck which makes it easy to get into. - (x2) King Beds that are in good shape and comfy - Plenty of entertainment options if you plan to hang in the place rather than go out - Kristi is very accessible as a host and responded to our questions very quickly. Again, I've been coming to Breckenridge annually for about 10 years now and this has been my favorite rental. I've spent much more per night for places that were bigger, closer or architecturally fancier, but they didn't have the view or comfort of this place. Thanks again! We'll be back next year for sure!

As an avid VRBO user— I can confidently say that this home is definitely one of our favorite stays ever. The views are unbeatable. The hottub was already on and running so we didn’t have to mess with any settings! There were plenty of kitchen appliances/glassware for our party of 4, and even my 19 month old baby. There was a “kid” section of the kitchen where there were kids plates/utensils/cups and for me that was super helpful. Kristi was super quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a great host! The beds were very comfortable! We did have our own vehicle so we did have to drive every time we went into town— but we didn’t mind at all. It’s only a few minutes from Main St/Peak 8 Gondola. It was definitely worth the views and quiet area. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This was one of the best VRBO locations that we have stayed in. Absolutely comfortable and extremely well appointed with everything you would want. The management company was fabulous to deal with. they had everything you will need and more in the pantry. The views are gorgeous. All the amenities are just as described. We had a fabulous vacation at this VRBO and I highly recommend it.

This place was great! The view was unreal. It was minutes from the ski lifts, great hikes, and downtown Breckinridge. It had everything we needed. Buff was super helpful and quick to respond. We loved it!

This property was perfect for us. Kitchen is well stocked with all baking needs. Great view of the slopes from the deck and the hot tub! Will definitely be back!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house in Breckenridge. We could see the ski slopes from the living room window and review the runs we did each day. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals after a stop at the grocery store. It was only about 10 minutes and an easy drive into town and to the ski resort. Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely house and much appreciate the owners for sharing it!

I wanted for nothing. I would stay here again. The kitchen, comfortable mattress, jacuzzi, and easy pull in access to the garage were all perfect. I love this house. It enhanced my stay beyond words. Thank you Buff. Short drive to everything in Breck.

This property was clean and very spacious for family of two adults and two kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, and appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was. And the views are beautiful!

Very easy check-in, amazing view of the mountains, great amenities (hot tub, 3 bathrooms, grill on the balcony), and good location next to Breckenridge. I would definitely try to book this rental again next time we're in the area.

Our family of 4, had a marvelous time. Unit was perfect. One super minor issue was resolved in a flash and the communication was always excellent. A true professional. Not easy to maintain a perfect 5 star review, with so many reviewers, so my expectations came in high and were met, if not exceeded. Thank you.

The house is very comfortable and the views of Breckenridge are hard to beat! It is only a 5 minute drive to the gondola lot. The kitchen has every amenity you would ever need. The wifi service is extremely fast and the hot tub is perfect at the end of a day on the slopes. You won’t be disappointed with you stay!!

Our group of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 9 & 12) stayed here for 4 nights for a ski trip to Breckenridge. It was perfect! Great location, close to downtown and the slopes, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The private hot tub was fantastic, and the views of the mountains are unbeatable. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect ... the view, the location. It was fully equipped, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathroom. There were board games and puzzles. We had a great time. 100% recommended and hopefully we can return.

It was great to wake up and have my coffee staring at the beautiful view. It was close to Main St. Iin Breckinridge and close to other towns. It was a great vacation stay for my entire family.

This home is a beautiful, clean, well maintained home with a stunning view of the ski slopes in Breckenridge. It is very comfortable with reclining sofa chairs and additional swivel recliners that are perfect for enjoying the view. The stone fireplace has gas logs and conveniently operates with a thermostat. The sleep number beds are very comfortable and a great feature. The kitchen is fully equipped and well organized and has new granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances and a new, large stainless steel sink. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable home with a perfect location and we look forward to spending time there again in the near future.

We came back for the second summer in a row and loved it again!! This house is so well cared for, has EVERYTHING you need, is so conveniently located to town and tons of activities…and have I mentioned the HOT TUB?!! Our family had the best week relaxing and enjoying the area and we will be back again!

We had the best views in town. We could see the entire ski range. The house had everything we needed. Less then 5 minutes from town. Very relaxing and quiet.

What an absolutely beautiful home in a great location with the most spectacular views! We had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was perfect - we even had a moose and fox visit us while taking a soak. Couldn’t have asked for a more delightful getaway.

The property has a fabulous vantage point overlooking the valley and town of Breckenridge with a the ski resort and Ten Mile Range in the background. To make it even better there are high ceilings and a glass wall facing the view! It is nice having a garage in the winter and the private hot tub is a bonus to gather with friends. Buff is an excellent property manager and very pleasant. I will be back!

The view from the house was stunning. The hot tub was an amazing treat after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts each morning. The location of the house was outstanding for running into town for shopping and dinner’s and daily activities.

5 minutes from town is perfect yet you were so high up the mountain it is completely peaceful and quiet. We stayed in the mountains last year with Evergreen View this was much nicer the hot tub and window views of the mountains were better. We will store this property for Future travel

The view alone is worth the price of admission. Spectacular doesn't really do it justice. The home was marvelously equipped with everything imaginable. It was a nice blend of cozy and spacious so that if we wanted to be in the same room playing cards or watching movies, it accommodated all of us and if we wanted to be in our own space there was room for that too. Overall, the place was great and I would recommend it to anyone.

We drove the level driveway into the attached garage and looked out the picture window (yes, in the garage!) at the ski resort across the way. I think we decided at that moment that we would be coming back to Diamond House! The garage is attached to “the cold room” with space for ALL of our ski/snowboard equipment. From there, we entered the spacious kitchen with cupboards full of every cooking implement imaginable! The refrigerator and stove were spotless, as were the bathrooms. On the other side of the kitchen, the dining room and “mountain-viewing” room have full-length windows allowing for unobstructed mountain gaping. In the evening, we lost track of time relaxing in the swiveling recliners, enjoying the views of the runs we had skied, and watching the sun set. Our “twenty-something” children made use of the hot tub to sooth their muscles. Then we all crashed and slept soundly in the comfy, warm beds. This home was even better than we expected and offered extras such as spices and coffee in the kitchen; games and movies in the den; and bathsoap, shampoo, conditioner, handsoap, tissues, and hand lotion in the bathrooms!! The Toulons have thought of everything! Thank you!
