I loved my stay at Luster Hotel, I was staying alone and all of the staff made me feel really comfortable. They gave me suggestions of things to do and places to go to explore the city which I appreciated. I took a trip to the spa for a massage, which I would highly recommend because it was super relaxing and worth every penny! The pool area can get quite busy and not all of the sun loungers get very good sun exposure during the day but I think that this is because of the big buildings that surround the hotel and can't be prevented. Also, the hotel is really close to a metro station which makes it very easy to get into the centre of Lisbon but if you want to stay somewhere which is walkable to the main districts, it might be a bit of the way out. I primarily took taxis, which are really cheap, but you do lose out on walking around the streets and seeing the magic of the City.

The Luster is absolutely phenomenal! They pay attention to every detail and are willing to help with any little request. The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best I have had at any hotel. We didn’t want to leave.

What a fantastic hotel and great value. Near the metro but with some good bars and restaurants nearby - check out Mae. Staff first-rate - so helpful and nice. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are super. An indoor and outdoor pool in the middle of the city! If visiting Lisbon, the Luster is a great choice.

We stayed as a couple at this property for three nights at the end of April, the staff were very engaging through check out and helpful with where we could eat etc. It is very close to public transport and walkable to main square etc. When we got our room it was mddle of the day and there was alot of traffic as we were on the 3rd floor facing the road, I went back to reception and explain there was alot of noise. The team member on the desk Alex very quickly arrange for us to have a room on a higher floor facing the pool, thank you so much!! I would recommend highly this hotel.

Big towels, thick robe, nice English speaking hospitality, stay included breakfast. Rather relaxing. Staff were friendly.

Efficient friendly staff

Ideal place for solo travellers. Transport links within 5 mins radius, 2 minutes from local shopping centre; situated in the perfect area. Staff are lovely and welcoming! Really enjoyed my stay 😃

Staff at check-in and throughout our stay were helpful and knowledgeable. Their spa was closed so they booked me a treatment at a nearby facility. Breakfast is very nice. Free coffee, drinks and muffins available to all guests in lobby. Rooms lovely and well appointed. Near to metro so easy to get around. Will stay here again when in Lisbon.

I stayed for a few nights, an incredible hotel, great facilities, incredible staff and so comfortable. I would come back to Lisbon just for the hotel. As mentioned, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We loved the hotel and the area. Our room was next to the lift and we were worried that it might be too loud, but it was not at all. We could not hear a thing. While the hotel is in a busy but very nice area, our room was quiet. the hotel staff was really exceptional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was super and plentiful. We would stay here again.

spend 4 days in this boutique hotel. Very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, nice breakfast and cute smaller outside areas. would stay again for sure.

Amazing facilities and staff. Really lovely boutique feel. The pools are amazing indoor and outdoor. The location is closer to business district so a bit of a walk into town but nothing too far.

Hotel was central, clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel rooms had plenty of usb ports and uk plug sockets so I didn’t need to bring my own adaptor.

Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Photos give a bit too good picture. Does not quite get to the level where I thought this hotel would be after all the great reviews. In the room and gym the air was not good and not circulating. In 5 years there will be mold problems with this kind of humidity. Level up with service (understands English) and get places cleaned up and renovated what needs to be and future is bright. Right elements are there...

The duplex was fabulous for our family.. very spacious and beautifully appointed. The large balcony was lovely. Staff and breakfast were terrific..loved our stay at the Luster Hotel.

Very nice stay

We have never been treated with such warmth, helpfulness and smiles. The front desk never heisitated to call cabs, arrange box breakfasts, locate areas we wanted to visit and so much more. The door men were gracious and went beyond to be helpful, especially Pedro. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed, and included everything we needed. Robes and slippers a nice touch. There are no words for the breakfast buffet. Everything was displayed beautifully and was delicious. Champagne for mimosas a great surprise. Happy hour in the bar was delightful and the service outstanding. We cannot think of any negative things to say!! We will highly recommend you and, if we ever return, would happily stay with you again. Thank you for making our stay in Lisbon so special!!!

Amazing bathroom and shower, has nice luxurious amenities for a four star hotel. Comfy beds and high tech features in the room like electronic black out curtains. A bit of street noise from busy road outside
