The booked aniunt of the stay changed once I got there to check by over half. The room was dirty, floors were sticky, the bathroom was dirty their was hair all over the shower.

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. The room was a little on the smaller side but nicely decorated, abs cozy. The area was nice and quiet.

Not for romantic getaways but great for business trips or overnight travel stops. Stayed 2 nights and had no complaints. The simplicity of the business model streamlines the stay.

I was happy to be an IHG rewards member because it was honored. The hotel provided 24/7 coffee and tea station which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the sleep quality was very good. The customer service from the staff was remarkable, friendly, professional and very helpful. The to go breakfast was pretty good except I missed the hot waffles. The parking was great even though the GPS had a hard time getting us to the entrance. It was very close to the interstate expressway. And close to everything you would want.

This is far below a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House in finished. The bathroom floor was sticky by the toilet (gross!!). The shower was one of those pre-finished one and the seams were showing. It was very poorly constructed. Breakfast was very gas station-like.

Very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were a bit small but very efficient with space. Nice big TV in front of our king-sized bed. Breakfast was good with mostly healthy options (a good thing). Staff was friendly and everything was clean. The fitness room was nice with new equipment.

with big bathroom and clean ,beds very comfortably. The only Con is getting into then Hotel. They need a tall standing pole to show the entrance of hotel..Gps coordinate is off..

The property is new. Only been open for 6 months. Check in was quick, room was accommodating. Can’t ask for more. Just a bit tricky getting in. You need to turn in from Salem Road, where the urgent care is at.

I had trouble sleeping air conditioner/ heater was at times too loud and woke me up or did not felt asleep at all

I took my wife out for a evening, stayed a night away from home & kids. Tried to make it a lil cute & romantic for her. While my wife showered i layed roses, played some soft music and lit a candle. The candle made the smoke detector go off. The phone instantly rang from the front desk. I informed them I lit a candle & asked them to come to the room if they felt it was anything else. To my surprise the next afternoon i received a call from Management informing me, they will be charging me $250 smoking fee. The claim they smelled cigarette smoke in the room. I nor my wife smoke! Ridiculous claim! They should've came to inspect the room and would've realized it was simply a candle not cigarette.

I'll definitely consider staying here again if availability / schedule lines up. Staff was very friendly to me ... extremely professional and courteous. Hotel appears fairly new. The room was super clean (which was great).
Hotel is located just off of I-20, so it was easy to find ... very convenient for me to get to other areas to see family and friends in the area. Stayed here for a few days before Thanksgiving.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no closet, which is strange. However the room is comfortable. The breakfast is standard and as expected. The staff is the best part of the stay. You are greeted with smiles and laughed around every corner.

The property was newly renovated and that is nice, but the room was not clean, you could see the shoe print on the floor in the bathroom and in the bedroom, also hair in the shower stall.

This hotel has not had construction cleaning completed and this was evident everywhere. My room was not clean from the previous guest. I found hair in the shower, and some sort of hair dye packaging. The finish quality was very poor throughout the property inside and out. It was also loud probably due to lack of sound insulation. I would not recommend staying at this location until it is actually ready for guest.

We arrived a few hours early. I expected to just wait until check in. They were so nice to allow me to check in early. They stay was nice they also put my family on the same floor!!
