Staff was helpful and the rooms are super comfortable. Hotel is new so it looks and feels great

My stay was a bit short to say anything I didn’t like

The Taj exceeded all our expectations. The staff were very professional and attentive. The facilities were fabulous and the food tremendous. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I had travelled with my 9-month-old daughter & the support provided by the staff based on her needs was very good.

Food menu was different based on the booking made with very limited option in the menu. Extremely insulting & disappointing. Wait time for food order was unusually high. I had stayed at Taj Corbett Resort & Spa and the experience was out of the world. Compared to that, the experience at Taj Amer was not even 1% of the experience.

Property is new and equipped with good facilities. Staff is extremely courteous and humble. Staff members : Garima Nandini Priyanka Kamal Shashi Vivek Atanu RAVINDRA Are the reason for me to go back to this property. They all displayed professional attitude and great hospitality. Mr Shashi was one of the best staff I ever met . He anticipates guests needs and exceeds expectations . He made us extremely comfortable by extending great personalised service . I recommend promotion for all the staff members that mentioned in this message.

Newly constructed property

The AC inside our room started making weird disturbing noise in the middle of the night around 2am. Couldn’t sleep after that.

Staff is very friendly & always there to help

Wedding music was loud nd fully heard in the room. Hard to get good sleep 2nd night.

Everything was just perfect

The staff was extremely courteous...from the entry in the property till we sat in the car after checkout (actually they came out till the car to see us off, which is not common in any hotel in India), they took care of us like we own the property. They have actually raised the bar of Taj which were already too high.

That it was just 2 day trip.
