cute little beach house! a small, cozy place with smart tv in every room. air conditioned and they also have a dehumidifier on those humid days. only has a shower, no tub, which we didn’t mind. plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags. had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. laundry facility on site, which was great because we were in the water a lot! can walk to John’s pass boardwalk in minutes where you will find some shopping, places to eat, and water activities. close to beach accesses. each unit comes with beach chairs and an umbrella which we used almost everyday! saved us some money! overall great little vacation spot.

really nothing negative about this place. the front units face the back of the shopping center, so you see people going in and it of those businesses all day. didn’t bother us much, but might bother some. as others stated, there isn’t much cookware for those that like to cook.

We loved the view--the belle vista! From our eating area, we could see dolphins, pelicans, and water. It was also a great location--a block from John's Pass and the beach. It was all very comfortable and clean.

We are travelers who like to do our own cooking, so we wished the kitchen had been better stocked. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and eating utensils, but the cookware and kitchen tools left a lot to be desired. We actually bought a cheap pan at a local grocery store to get us through the week.

very strong mildew odor. I realize it’s Florida and mildew is a concern, but I’ve stayed at other places that didn’t make me sneeze and stay congested from mildew every time I walked in the door. Also, was kept up most nights by the people above coming in late. it sounded like a herd of elephants walking above my head at 2 a.m. so unless you are on the top floor, it’s miserable!

Great location! Very nicely decorated and the appointments/amenities were very well thought through to make our stay super comfortable and easy. The advanced communication with things to do, recommendations and entry codes as well as knowing what to expect was an A+! Would highly recommend.
