Clean clean clean. Really clean. Bed sheets look and smell clean. Bathroom looks and appears clean. Flooring is clean. Lobby is super trendy designed. Great staff. Nice bar. Good breakfast with many choices. Amazing coffee in the dining area.Plenty free secured parking. Conveniently located on and off the autostrad. 3-5 minute drive to old town Modena. Will certainly stay there again.

I can’t say enough about our stay at RMH Modena Raffaello. Firstly, the air conditioning was the best we have had in Italy. The hotel is new and is immaculately clean, the breakfast was amazing, the wonderful receptionists were warm and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Our room was upgraded and spacious. There was even an American outlet in our room. There is plenty of parking and the ride to town takes less than 10 minutes. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

I liked the hotel a lot. I got a suite (or deluxe room) for me and my two kids. It was nice to have two rooms and everything was quite new and modern looking. The one weird thing about my room (again it’s a suite; I don’t know if this applies more broadly) is that the shower is glass on 3 sides, one of which looks into the bedroom. I am not sure what kind of customer wants the shower viewable from the bedroom, but it was in my room. Strange. The shower was otherwise excellent, with a rain shower like head as an option. The only other thing I would say is that it would be nice if they offered the king bed to be split into two twin beds (that’s what it is but the sheets are for king bed).
Again, I liked the hotel. Friendly staff, good price, free parking and near to Modena. Excellent cocktails at the bar. I just question one design choice (shower) and it would be nice to make the room slightly more customizable.

Amazing hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location just a short taxi-ride from Modena city centre. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a car park view all round. The rooms were absolutely lovely and modern! Loved it, clean and comfortable. This is a 15 euro cab ride from Modena Duomo. The let down is breakfast, worse coffee I had in italy, the cafe restaurant, terrible choice of food and the smoking areas were not regularly cleaned. Other than that, genuinely lovely rooms!

This property was great! The rooms were spacious and beautiful! The staff was also super nice and helpful. We used a car to drive into town and park, great experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RMH, the hotel is very comfortable and we were made to feel really welcome by staff. Hotel is ideal for business or leisure.

I was in Modena for 5 days on business and had a rental car so I could get back and forth to a work location. Hotel has been recently refurbished and looks brand new. Excellent restaurant. Other hotels are closer to tourist attractions but Modena is not that big. This hotel is superb and delivers great value for money.

Stunning hotel but in a remote area. Rooms are great with everything you might need. Food in the restaurant is very limited. Breakfast was good however.

The staff was very accommodating, pleasant, helpful and resourceful. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, linens of good quality, towels plentiful, blow dryer worked great, and we had 3 days and 2 nights that were wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and the total price very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I were to return to the area.

One night stay and nice hotel for the price. Hotel has seen better days but still pleasant enough. Big drawback is location, which resembles a run down industrial estate. However, suited my needs adequately so no real complaints.

An old fashioned hotel. Old flooring, old furniture, old fashioned breakfast room and conference rooms, old fashioned lobby hall. The area where the hotel is located is everything but nice. The shower has no partition, no courtain, so it is guarateed you will flood the bathroom each time you take a shower. My room had a very small window which made the room be really dark. Despite all this criticism, the hotel is functional and everything works well. At least they provide 2 sets of towels (not all hotels do this), the breakfast offer is sufficient. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have a €20 menu which is pretty much OK. The staff is friendly.

Hotel would have been fine apart from issues with sewage coming out of the water pipes. When we complained, we were move to a second room, only to have the exact same issue. When we complained a second time, no further action was taken by the hotel staff.We contacted hotels.com to cancel our booking but when hotels.com first spoke to the hotel, the hotel claimed that we were happy and were willing to refund only one night of our three night stay. After we explained the situation fully to hotels.com, the hotel was then willing to refund two nights. We would not recommend staying here, not only due to the water issues but also the appalling customer service.

We used this Hotel enroute to Greece arriving on a national holiday in Italy I was expecting the worse. What a pleasent surprise The receptionist was fantastic printing off documents for us, letting us park our race trailer infront of the Hotel. Apologising that the restaurant was closed but gave us directions to a great pizzeria less than 1km away. The room was very good, the breakfast was very good(free) it was so good we have booked for our return leg of our Journey.

Nice staff but the internet almost doesn't work. When i complained, they said all hotels in the area have the same problem. That doesn't help me as we(our entire staff) was stuck with this hotel with virtually no internet. you would log on and be kicked off within a minute and have to re-input the user name/password all over again. One room could never get the air con working correctly. the water pressure was extremely low(for all of our rooms) so many times you would stand in the shower and hope and pray that the water would resume. it always did but its not exactly reassuring...

The AC unit in the room wasn't working. When I complained about it, they sad they looked up and the system was fine. Next morning the front desk inform us that the AC system in the entire hotel wasn't inspected by the city of Modena, so they couldn't torn it on. (Very creative,but not convincent.)

The advantages of this hotel:
1) clean - really exceptional - the very high clean rating is not by chance
2) big rooms
3) new very good service / management
the disadvantages :
1) not so close to the center - however if you look at it as I do, add to the nightly rate the taxi/ bus cost to the center, you will still choose this hotel

For a business trip it is ok, because it is comfortable and clean. For food I only recomend to take breakfast. It is good for rest at night, after a long day work.
