Michelle was great in all ways of communicating . My grandson left his Woody doll when we left. She found it and mailed it to us the following week. So thankful for her following through And making sure my grandson received his woody doll!

We will be back! Our first Oceanfront stay and this place made it so easy to get back & forth with littler ones. The bunk bed room closet was stocked with toys the kids loved for the evening time we spent indoors. This was the first place we’ve stayed that had more than a slim four chair balcony and the larger deck made all the difference! Our family of 7 could all eat and sit on the balcony all at once. The kids fought over the swing chair and loved having lunch out there. It was such a wide deck that you could sit far enough back to stay of the sun or rain. We did hear some movement from the above neighbors but there were sound machines in every room for nights and we spent most days down at the beach.The beach towels, chairs and toys were extra nice to be provided instead of taking ours. We also used their provided pickleball paddles when we walked to the courts at the park. So many handy thoughtful things that made our beach trip so much better.

We had a wonderful time, the condo was very nice and clean. The location couldn’t be any better, there was plenty to do around with great places to eat. Would definitely stay there again!

Honestly, if there were a way to get bored here (there's not), you could make a game out of trying to determine what isn't stocked for guests to use. This place has everything! Games, books, kitchen supplies and appliances, spices, beach chairs, and more! And the decor is adorable! Don't even get me started on the comfortable beds and furnishings. But it's the beautiful oceanfront deck that our family loved and appreciated most. If we weren't on the beach or in town, we were on the deck! I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee out there, so lovely and peaceful. We would love to make a return trip!

My mistake in assuming I would not have to pay for parking ( cash only) or there would be an elevator. I will not stay there again!

We couldn’t have asked for more! We spent more time on the balcony and on the beach then we actually did in the condo although the condo offered everything you could possibly need. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

What a great place for a family get-away! Quick and detailed responses from the hosts, easy easy easy check-in and check-out, everything plus more we needed for our family (adults, young adults, and infants), super clean, and a wonderful outside area to enjoy the family. Property was exactly as described by photos and reviews -- immaculately clean and comfortable with special touches throughout, very welcoming! Ideal location, just a 3-minute beach walk to Tiki bar for lunch and cocktails. Convenient outdoor shower for rinsing beach chairs. And of course the most amazing deck of any beach condo we've stayed -- loved the variety of seating with cushioned couch/chairs and hightops to enjoy the view. SO happy to have discovered Carolina Oasis! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with others. We will absolutely be returning!

We had an amazing time at this condo! The view is INSANE, you literally can't beat the sound of the ocean, and how close it is to get to. The condo was very clean, and we literally had every single thing we could need. Check-in was easy, and Michelle was so responsive to any of my questions! I've never had an easier experience. She also left so many nice touches, like a guest book, and a little jar to collect sand in. It was also so cozy and decorated so well! We would love to come back!

This was our 2nd year doing a girls weekend in Carolina Beach and it won’t be our last. What a quaint little town! The condo was located in a great area and the views of the ocean were amazing. The property was very clean and all instructions were very clear. We would highly recommend staying here!

Our 3-generation family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and well equipped condo. We had everything we needed just steps from the beach. Loved the spacious porch, fully equipped kitchen, and large dining table for eating and game playing. Also joyed a fun morning on Kure Beach pier. Great location, and great times!

My girlfriend and I brought our children down during spring break ages 14. We have been to Carolina Beach many times so we were familiar with the area. This condo is beautiful. It was very clean. Very easy to get in and out of with a check-in check out process. The owner communicated well throughout the process. we would definitely stay there again.

This property is everything listed and more! Perfect location on the beach....beautiful decor...and if you need it....they have it!! Just fyi for those with knee or back issues...the steps were a little rough! But I would do them again to stay here!!!

The condo was in a great place for walking to the Tiki Bar and a rigorous walk to the Boardwalk. The deck was wonderful and enjoyed sitting there to walk the sunrise and enjoy the evening breeze! Would stay again!!

The property is very nice and matches the description and pictures. The property has lots of amenities for guests to use that make the property feel more personal. The hosts are very friendly and responsive with any questions you might have during your stay.

This place is perfect. Great location. Just a short drive to the boardwalk, bars and restaurants.
A word of warning though, you may just decide to sit on the wonderfully large and comfortable balcony most of the time. It’s the ultimate front row seat to an awesome view!
You can tell the owners take pride in this condo. The furnishings are high quality and comfortable.

The condo was clean and had everything we could have asked for it was the best time of the year.The only thing I would have changed was there were not a lot open yet. But if you are going to relax and rest it is the best place for you.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Michelle and Spencer's place was clean, comfortable and had all amenities and supplies we could possibly need. The beds and furniture were all incredibly comfortable. The view of the ocean and beach was perfect and the sounds of the waves made our stay very relaxing (seeing dolphins topped it off!). We will definitely stay again on our next visit to NC!

Such an amazing place! So many little extra touches that added to making it specials. The games, puzzles, and hot cocoa made so extra fun in the evening while snuggled under blankets. Great place for family, a girls trip, or romantic get away!

This was one of the absolute best stays in Carolina Beach!! The property was super clean, right on the beach and equipped with EVERYTHING that you will need for your stay. The sticky notes were very helpful as well!

We had a wonderful weekend which felt more like a stay at a friend’s house than a rental. The owners put extra touches around the condo, like a basket of chapsticks in the bathroom and sweet memory jars ready to be filled with sand and shells.
There were clear notes with instructions on how to use certain appliances which came in handy. The furnishings were super comfortable and clean- and the views!!! Breathtaking ocean sunrises motivated us to wake up before dawn and stay on the balcony to enjoy. Highly recommend the property and hope to come back soon!

Wow! It was easy to see why the ratings for this property were so wonderful! Carolina Oasis was a real treat. My mother and my aunt were visiting from Colorado and we all had such a lovely girl's getaway. The condo was just as described. The decor was beachy and very tasteful. I think it was all the little extras that really made the stay special like the treats waiting for us, the lip balm, and the bottle for the sand to take home. The instructions around the condo were beyond thorough and pleasantly stated. We can't wait to return and visit again. This was a great experience! I think the only suggestion we had was to perhaps move the lock up a bit higher on the storage closet that held the beach items. Kind of hard to bend over and see the numbers, other than that...10/10.

My mom, sister and I wanted to take a little girls get away and we absolutely loved it there. The condo was super clean and comfy and the owners were always reachable if we had a question on anything. We hated to leave….we are seriously going to miss our morning coffee out on the deck in the morning. Would love to stay there again and would definitely recommend for future renters!

A perfect beach view setting for old friends to connect, laugh and enjoy. Michelle was an amazing host… thoughtful, quick to respond and generous. Gave us an extra day due to the tropical storm that came thru… a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Condo was spotless and updated w a spectacular view from a covered porch.

The pictures don't due this place justice. Very clean, beds were comfortable, completely stocked for kitchen needs, overall instructions from homeowner were perfect. 5 star's on all aspects. You only need your personal items, they supplied, beach towels, linens, pool toys, beach chairs, umbrella and even a pop up beach tent for an infant. I have never stayed at a VRBO that was this stocked for all our needs. Truly wonderful experience all the way around from reservations to checkout. Hope to stay here again. Thanks for your sharing your wonderful beach home!

This property was absolutely perfect for us! Honestly the cleanest place I’ve stayed in and I go every year! The personal touches the owners had were amazing! The only thing I can say bad about the place is it definitely was not kid friendly….too many beautiful things placed throughout that tiny hands could reach. Thankfully we were all adults 💞 We had a wonderful experience staying here! Thank you for sharing your place with us ❤️

This was the “back to school vacation”, and it was absolutely perfect. The deck was my favorite place for watching and relaxing. So close to the ocean, you could not dream of a better view.
Hopefully, life lets us return to this piece of paradise!!

First the condo is beautiful and the location is perfect. Next, the hosts thought of everything. And I mean everything. A binder with a ton of information. Everything labeled and clear directions for TV, where to find items, there were paper products, detergent, we basically just needed our clothes and food. The pool was great everything was spotless and we felt very welcome. An absolute A+ vacation!!!

We had a fantastic time. They thought of every detail. Most rental homes have very bare bones especially in the kitchen. Not this property! Books and games and lots of activities for the kids. The covered porch is a big bonus! We really enjoyed our time here.

We had an awesome week with hours spent on the deck watching fireworks, the full moon, beach-goers, and more! Basically, if we weren't at the beach or pool, we were on the deck, and it deserves its own 5-star review.
Speaking of the pool, even though it was a busy week (July 4), the pool averaged only one other family each time we went out there (so even though there are 18 units here, most are NOT using the pool).
Having a large storage area downstairs was a lifesaver when going to the beach and pool.
I have stayed in several condos at Carolina Beach, but this was my favorite and I would happily stay here again. There are just so many great reasons to stay here - I'll let you find them out for yourself!

We stayed here as a family of 4- 6YO and an almost 3YO. Condo was clean & in great condition, floor plan was great for our needs. Owners have thought of everything, and the condo was stocked more than your average rental so everything was there & convenient. The large back deck with beach views was AWESOME- we spent much of our time there- great & comfortable furniture. We picked a busy (June) time to be at Carolina Beach and took advantage of some of the options for local rentals. We used Tony Silvagni surf shop to put out umbrellas for us a couple days... and for a weekly bicycle rental- highly recommend! Thursday evening at the boardwalk was again a kid favorite (ferris wheel!) and this location was perfect to watch the Fireworks on the beach. We recommend Brandon & Tiki Boat Charters to get the kids out on a boat. Lots of great restaurants nearby at this location, and short drive to Wilmington for breweries, trampoline park, etc!
