Quiet property with beautiful views from the terrace.

My family and I had a great time! The location was great and the property was immaculate. We had everything we needed and will definitely come back!

The unit is located on the first floor corner unit of a 3 or 4 story condo project. Parking is right out front. Private covered deck c/w gas BBQ. Didn't have a chance to use either as weather was not great. Full kitchen. There is a good walk in shower and tub. 2 full baths. Unit was clean and access was via lockbox. Unit is about 15 minutes from the middle of town, Turn left go 5 minutes make a right and 7 or 8 minutes down the road is the centre of town. Quiet location. Lovely wooded setting. All in all a good experience. As an FYI. There is a flat bottom coffee maker so if you are making yourselves coffee take flat paper coffee filters as the filter that is there is the mesh kind and the water runs through creating a not so good cup of coffee. Also unit had no paper towels or Kleenex.

Vesuvius is a pretty spot with some charming older cottages. On our neighbourhood walk we found a lovely trail to the beach, some sheep, stands of granola, flowers and friendly locals. It's not far to other amenities - we hiked Mt Erskine and loved the bakery 'Francis Bread'. We loved eating our meals on the patio at the condo. Thanks!

This space had good separation of space, making it possible for people to step out for a nap. We had an unusually rainy day, and thus greatly appreciated the comfortable common space to read or play scrabble. The bbq is located in a covered deck, so we could still cook in the rain. The location near the end of the road and ferry terminal means that other than bursts of traffic for ferry’s the road is quiet. I found beach access an easily walkable couple of blocks away. It is nicely equipped, solidly built. I’d stay here again.

Outside table and floor dirty and dusty, no paper towels to clean the table. The master bedroom bed is done; squeaks with every move and sags to centre; myself and spouse had two rough nights of sleep; replace mattress.

When we first arrived it took quite a while to warm up the place but it was then very comfortable thereafter. We loved your extra touches. Soap etc. there was no salt or paper towels but every cooking item you’d ever need. So glad for 2 bathrooms and plenty of hot water. I lived here on SS for many years and had never been back before and was very happy with our accommodations. I had a time with communication. To cancel one day but we finally did it and refund was fast, thank you

I had stayed at the Vesuvius Villas before and I knew we could each enjoy our own bedrooms and bathrooms for a reasonable price. This unit lived up to all my previous visits without exception. It was clean, well equipped and located in a lovely,quiet area. That aside, if visiting again, I would probably ensure that I had a unit on a higher floor. This unit is located on the first floor so the view and the security were not as good as the units above. I wanted a better view for my friend's first visit to the island and, as we were two women alone, we had some security concerns. Other than those personally requirements I would highly recommend this unit, we had a wonderful time.

This is a well appointed, spacious, clean condo with a great outside deck perfect for catching late afternoon sunshine. Convenient location!

Beautiful. Issue was with lack of familiarity with lock box. Could not open box to retrieve key as there were no instructions. Eventually got a passer-by to help. On leaving and after depositing key i n box, were not able to close box cover, needed to leave it only half closed. Hopefully cleaners will attend soon. Best regards, Heifi

Thank you for your hospitality. We had a fantastic time visiting the island and biking...trails in the north end were phenomenal! One suggestion would be to have available some kleenex tissues for your gusts. Otherwise the unit was so beautiful!!

Excellent property, spotlessly clean, well equipped. great location. We were in Unit 4 had great view and privacy. Kelly takes care of property and is on site, she is awesome.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here, the size was perfect for 3 people and everything was very clean and modern.

We absolutely loved our stay here! A nice quiet corner of Salt Spring only 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle. A centrally located spot to tour the island from. We had a couple of days of marginal weather and were still able to enjoy the covered part of the patio. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back.

We were happy with our stay. It is a short walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to town. Kelly was welcoming and friendly. We would absolutely consider staying here again should we return to Salt Spring.

We had the most delightful stay at this charming condo on Salt Spring Island! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning views and the serene atmosphere that surrounded us. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place to be. The condo itself was very clean and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing our meals a breeze. The open-concept layout allowed for easy interaction between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a sense of togetherness even when we were all doing our own things. The highlight of the condo was undoubtedly the patio. The patio was private with a glimpse of the sparkling ocean, it quickly became our favorite spot to start the day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The calming sound of birdsong and the gentle rustling of leaves added to the tranquility of the experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. We appreciated the attention to detail in the linens and the overall cleanliness of the space. The bathrooms were modern and stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. The host was exceptional in their communication and hospitality. They helped return some left items which was greatly appreciated.

Great location, easy check in, fantastic beach close by, great restaurant across the street, patio furniture needs improvement—- not very comfortable.

This was a lovely property. It's clean, nicely furnished, near Vesuvius and has a great patio.

Wish our entire stay was there. Convenient location to our daughter’s home. Lots of room. Wish we could have communicated with owner/manager as we were looking for temporary parking a few hours before check in time

Quiet place with an ocean view. Apartment was equipped with most amenities, Elaine was super responsive and the private front patio was a nice place to have morning coffee.

We loved our stay here. The patio was great for morning coffee and the sunset view was wonderful. The villa was clean and cozy. My only feedback to improve would be to have some cooking essentials in the kitchen: coffee/tea for a couple of days, salt/pepper, oil, etc. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Be prepared though, to bring your own tea, coffee, tissues and paper towels. Minimal soap in bathroom....only by the sinks.

This property was even better than expected. We appreciated the location, cleanliness and the patio most of all. Thanks for a lovely stay.
