Everything about this place was perfect. It was homey, comfortable and private. All amenities and many more were provided. Host kept in excellent communication and provided all information without even having to ask. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Jason was great with communication. This was our first VRBO stay and he explained everything very well and provided excellent directions. The property is in a very nice area. It was extremely clean. The amenities were a nice touch and well thought out. We will definitely stay in the Carriage House the next time we go to Nashville!!

Walked in to soft, welcoming music and hint of essential oil in the air. The space was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. Fresh white linens on the bed. The only little challenge was finding a place to hang towels and set toiletries in the bathroom. Easy drive to local restaurants and Broadway.

Very quiet carriage house. It was nicely equipped. communication with the property owner was excellent he even checked back to ensure everything was good and we had everything we needed.
The location is just a short drive to everything downtown.
Very interesting furnishings (including a record player) I would recommend this location for a romantic weekend in Nashville.

Loved this place! Would definitely rent again. Jason was so detailed and we had zero issues with finding the place and we enjoyed that it was our own space. The space was so clean and well kept. The amenities were great and the snacks, drinks, and supplies were VERY much appreciated. It’s super close to downtown too! 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

This property was perfect - just eight min from downtown and so quiet and nice to relax and unwind in after a day of exploring and enjoying the bustle of the city - host thought of everything - all details were perfect, even down to the charming Christmas tree and seasonal touches - will stay here again - HIGHLY recommend! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable carriage house. It was extremely well stocked and the extra touches like a Christmas tree and holiday decorations were much appreciated. We walked the neighborhood after arriving and found many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. While there we took in a show at the Ryman which was an easy (and inexpensive) Uber ride away. This just might be the nicest place we’ve stayed and will certainly stay again the next time we’re in Nashville.

The carriage house had plenty of room for a comfortable long weekend. There were so many thoughtful touches like a Christmas tree and decorations, a basket of snacks and a special treat for our anniversary . Clean and nice decor. The bed, linens and couch were all great and it was nice to have a well appointed small kitchen. We were able to walk to several great restaurants nearby. The hosts thought of everything and communication was great. Great trip to Nashville!

It’s a darling place!! Reasonably priced and a quick commute to the strip and airport. Loved the decor and bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about this stay was pleasing. I’ll do over a million of times!!! Thanks Jason for being such an incredible host- my husband and I will be back for sure!!

Jason was great and easy to communicate with. The apartment is amazing and in a great location. Wonderful area and quiet but close to Five Points restaurants and easy to get down to Broadway.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and very cool interior design and decorating. Host is very accommodating with detailed instructions and lots of convenient ammenties like water and soda and snacks to get you started for your visit. Bed was very comfortable. neighbor is quiet and seems safe. There are very good and unique restaurants East Nashville, close to this location. I plan on visiting Nashville next year and would definitely stay here again. Also, easy Uber ride to anywhere in Nashville.

My friend and I stayed at the carriage house for 3 nights, and we would certainly stay again! The carriage house was exactly as pictured, pristine, cozy, and just what we needed to relax and unwind. We had thunderstorms pop up during our stay, and we were more than happy to order food in and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Jason provided a thorough explanation of the house and other pertinent information upon check-in, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns! We definitely took advantage of the restaurant recommendations and things to see. Absolutely could not give a higher rating to this host/accommodation! :)

The studio apt above the carriage house was super clean, convenient to restaurants within walking distance. So close to Downtown Nashville (within 1 1/2 miles). Also very comfortable. Will surely tell anyone visiting Nashville to stay here.

The carriage house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Located on the East side of town it was quiet, secure and easy to get downtown.
Would highly recommend this for your travel to Nashville.

Place was close to everything but nice and peaceful during the day and evening. Easy to get to from locations. Jason (the owner) was great to communicate with and made the stay very welcome.

My Husband and I loved our stay in Nashville. The Carriage House was perfect. Lots of time and thought was put into this space. Pictures do not do it justice. The Hosts were very accommodating and communication was prompt and easy. They had great suggestions for food and entertainment which was really helpful. The location was perfect. Just minutes to downtown but also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!
