The house was in a nice location. The walk to the beach was not far at all and on the less busy side of PCB. There was plenty of space in the house. We definitely enjoyed having 3 full baths. It is listed as 4 bedrooms however one of the bedrooms on the bottom floor doesn't have a door which wasn't ideal. The master bedroom doesn't have a door either but is the only room on the top floor. The middle deck was nice and fully furnished. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view. We had only one major complaint and that was the pool. When we arrived, we noticed it was dirty. I took pictures and reached out that day to let management know. They said someone one be reaching out the next day. We never heard from anyone. I sent several more emails and nothing was ever done. The pool was not useable our entire stay. If it was just leaves, we could have cleaned it, but it was rock, leaves, trash and sand that we had no way to clean. Also, the filter wasn't filtering the water properly so there was just a stagnate film on the water making us nervous to attempt to swim. It was very unfortunate given this was the main reason we booked this house was for the private pool. The beach also had double red flags most of our stay so the pool would have been very nice to relax in if it had been cleaned. I was very disappointed in the communication. I was waiting to write this review hoping they would attempt to make this right, but we checked out 4 days ago and still nothing.

Property was wonderful and very close to all venues we wanted to try. Maintenence staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall very happy.

Few things not up to standards! But overall we had a good time in spite of the property conditions during our stay!

The check in time was listed in email to be 4-6 PM, it end ended up being right at 6 PM, which is a whole day wasted with check out time being 10 AM the following Saturday, so over a day of vacation lost. The jacuzzi tub did not work, master bedroom closet shelf was broken, the recliner looked to had been chewed on by a dog. The shower doors in the second floor bathroom were broken off at the bottom. There were black hairs in the (top and bottom) bathroom floors and on clumps on the stairs. It looked to not even been cleaned. The pool furniture was torn and the umbrella broken and just laid to the side. Family was sitting on the couch on first floor and there appeared the be fleas and the carpet had stains all over. Nonetheless, still a beautiful house that’s very very close to the beach. Traffic is high on the main road though, with vehicles going well above the 35 mph speed limit making it sometimes difficult to get across the crosswalk if cars are not paying attention to the blinking lights.

Our experience here was great. The beach house is right across the street from the beach. Everything about the house was amazing, the furniture, the decorations, pool, etc. Plenty of plates and utensils available to use. We loved this house and will definitely look to stay there again in the future.
