This luxury 6-bedroom mountain home boasts high ceilings on all levels, multiple living areas, a game room, and stunning views of the Continental Divide. This home is perfect for a large group or family to enjoy everything Keystone has to offer and more. The lower level of the home features a living room with a flatscreen TV that's perfect for a family movie night after a day on the slopes. On the second level, you'll find the beautiful kitchen and two dining areas. The main dining table can seat up to 8 people while the second dining table can seat up to 5. There is also a breakfast bar which can seat up to 2 people for easy morning meals. The main living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and spectacular views. Take advantage of the outdoor space and take your morning coffee on the deck, hang in the hammock, or grill up a delicious meal on the BBQ. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Up the stairs you will find the primary bedroom which features a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and sizable closet. There is also a private patio off of this bedroom. There are two guest bedrooms on the lower level; one featuring two queen sized beds and the other featuring another queen sized bed with it's own kitchenette and small living area. There are two bathrooms on the lower level. The lower level also features a bunk room with a set of twin bunk beds. On the top level of the home are the last two bedrooms, which both feature queen sized beds and their own ensuite bathrooms.
Only a short drive to the slopes, 170 Elk Circle provides seclusion along with convenience. Easy access to cross country skiing, golf, hiking trails, and countless other recreational activities! Take the free shuttle bus anywhere in Keystone to take advantage of the countless dining options and shopping.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
