This is the best vacation home we’ve stayed in. The host Rebecca has done an amazing job with every detail in the home. We especially love the big pool! The kitchen is well stocked with spices and oils and also cooking supplies! Beds were very comfortable. It is in an excellent neighborhood. I can’t recommend this place enough. We can’t wait for another trip in the future!

It was a newly renovated property in the middle of an established neighborhood. Lots of character and modern amenities. We loved it!

We enjoyed the lovely, quiet neighborhood. The home is beautifully decorated and well supplied. We had everything we needed,and more!
We rented for two weeks and our kids and grandkids joined us for one of the weeks. We rented the apartment as well and it was perfect for 2 adults to stay there. The grandkids (and big kids) loved the heated pool. But being nature lovers, we all enjoyed the large private backyard with mature trees, where we saw tortoises, rabbits, hawks, woodpeckers and many other birds, tree frogs, and even a bobcat!
Manasota Key beach was a quick drive, and great for finding sharks teeth. We did walk to it one day, but it’s easier to drive and take the beach umbrella and beach chairs, that were provided.
Rebecca was super responsive in all communication and very caring.
We hope to return to this special place!

Great location. Great house. Nice pool and yard! Had all the essentials for cooking which was a pleasant surprise.The bikes were perfect but tough to locate. Used them every day. Loved the glass doors that fully opened! If I was to complain about one thing it would be the driveway. It’s a shell driveway and impossible to walk on barefoot. Other than that it was a perfect spot! Go Braves!!

This house is a retreat! The calming colors of the decor, the pool, the location…it has it all. It has to be one of my favorites, and I will be back!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and Rebecca, the owner, did such an incredible job with the renovation and we felt very fortunate to stay at such a beautiful rental! Everything about the rental is beautiful in every way and it is also very well stocked so one can have a very comfortable stay there. The separate apartment on the property was also an amazing addition to the rental as it allows two separate places for guests to have their own privacy, which is great when traveling with others. Everything about this property was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to others!
Rebecca was also wonderful to communicate with and very responsive if I had a question, which was greatly appreciated.

Very nice private property, pool was fabulous, and it got lots of use. Close to the beach was great. Owners were in contact and easy to communicate with. We had a great time. Kayaked the canals, close by there was a launch, saw manatees.

The owner, Rebecca, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Loved the house, the pool and deck were where we spent 90% of the time. Truly a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to get back for two weeks this Spring.

We enjoyed our stay. The property neat and clean and was within close proximity of everything you need. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

This property did not disappoint! Everything was thought of for guests, down to the tiniest details! We had a wonderful week, and particularly loved the pool and close proximity to numerous beaches and activities.
Only thing that we would have liked is a better set of bikes to explore the surrounding area.
We cannot wait to come back and visit again.

This may have been the nicest vacation rental I have ever been in. It was beautifully remodeled, incredibly comfortably and perfect for a stay. We had two couples and we were exceptionally comfortable in the airy house and by extension on the poor deck. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the patio and swam in the salt pool. Thank you so much.

Everything started out great but after being at the property for a day we found cockroaches in the kitchen. Now we are a nice family, so we alerted the homeowner to the issue and decided to not let it ruin our trip and to thoroughly clean the entire kitchen along with dishes. Checked out of the property on 3/31/23, left the property extremely clean, and asked for damage deposit to be returned. This was met with false allegations of damage and accusations made about me and my family. To this day there has been no pictures or videos sent of any damage so we had to open up a case with VRBO. Just avoid this property and find another where you can avoid being ripped off for your damage deposit. This review was withheld for month while I waited for any information about damage to this property. Nothing sent as of 4/29. Take heed and avoid.

I cannot say enough good things about this property - it was absolutely perfect for our family.
The decoration and style of the property was very tastefully done and everything we could have needed was there.
The home and yard were spotless and Rebecca was wonderful to work with - highly recommend this charmer!
