Perfect location for our baseball tournament!
Condo was well equipped and cleaning crew did a great job.

My family of four was in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. The apartment is in a great location - a few minutes from Broadway and the Beach and an easy drive to Grand Park. It was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed saving us from eating out every day. I also appreciated that they accommodated our two little pups. Would definitely stay here again if we have another Myrtle Beach tournament.

We were looking at Real Estate in area this was a convenient place to stay.
Walls and floor moldings were very very dirty. Looks like after each stay they quickly wipe things down no real

Villa was beautiful, comfortable and had a great view of the pool. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. AC was strong and on the 100 degree days felt great. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the area, the condo was not very clean in the living room and kitchen. Overall, as described. We had some minor electrical issues that were fixed the next day. The condo was great for our family.

This was a perfect location for the baseball park, and Broadway at the Beach!

We loved the place and property, however, there were a few issues regarding cleanliness. We found a weave and synthetic hairs throughout the master and on the sheets, along with a liquor bottle under the couch cushions. Overall, very pleasant and those were the only issues.

Location is great! Five minutes from everything. Close to Coastal Carolina where our daughter is a student. Clean with all of the amenities. We will be back.

Our stay at this unit was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice long weekend getaway. I also looked exactly as it was listed. The area is very quiet and we didn't have to drive far for meals. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was awesome, close to everything and in a nice area. The condo is super cute and comfortable, we felt at home.
(2 adults, 3 kids). The pool was convenient and everyone we met there was super friendly. :) Was very happy with our stay.

The host were very nice and accommodating when it came to checking in a tad bit earlier. But in one of the rooms the shower was constantly leaking & one of the towel racks were broken. Other than that the place was VERY clean the location was PERFECT for all activities & shopping would definitely stay again

Our condo was so very nice and comfortable. It felt like a home!!! We had chosen to stay at a condo this time because our daughter was graduating from Coastal Carolina University. The condo was perfect for this occasion. Our graduation memories will be a part of this great area and this unit! I wished we had found this area earlier in our trips visiting our daughter for the past 4 years at Myrtle Beach!

We had a great stay here everything worked great however there were a few cleanliness problems such as a long back hair on our folded told that was supposed to be clean non of us had used it yet and a little bit of a sticky counter other also a couple pieces of trash around the house other than that everything was amazing!

Beautiful location and nice condo. A little dated and in need of some miner repairs. Overall, vey nice. Price was great and located near lots of shopping and restaurants.
