We took our family to Tahoe for our 40th wedding anniversary. This property had everything we wanted and more. Plenty of room for us to spread out right on the beach. Our grandchildren six and eight were entertained all day long. They were either on the beach playing in the sand and lake or they were in the pool having lots of fun. I could watch them on the beach while being in the kitchen making lunch. This property exceeded my expectations. This home is very well stocked with all the basics. If I could say there was a drawback it would be the parking situation. Even though you get a parking permit, there is no exact signed parking to your specific unit. This is a great family destination. Lots of wonderful families stay at this resort. Lakeland Village is also located close to downtown. Will definitely be booking again. We even had a resident bear. Loads of fun .

Great location for family vacation in Lake Tahoe.

We had a fantastic vacation at this property. The location is unbeatable and the house has everything you need for a great stay. 3 families with our kids fit comfortably in the unit. All rooms had air conditioning units which made things very enjoyable. GIANT TV hanging oddly in the living room (not pictured on any pics they have here, so that's a little misleading), which blocks a substantial portion of the view of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to prepare meals, BUT...no basic things like cooking oil, salt, or pepper, so be prepared to bring that. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. Also comes with a kayak, sand toys, a few chairs. Private beach, stones throw to the facilities pool and spa (GREAT!), snack bar, fire pits, pier, etc. etc. Can't say enough about the beauty of this spot and what you get for you money. Now for the not so lovely parts as to why I deducted 1 star.... the house itself was pretty clean, but some parts of it just were filthy. The windows, blinds, and window sills were covered in thick dust as though they haven't been cleaned in years. Same with the ceiling vents in bathrooms. The outdoor furniture was very dirty (not just dusty, but filthy), and the BBQ was incredibly dirty as well. The cover to the BBQ was just thrown on the deck, along with some weird old carpet or something. It appeared that whoever cleaned the property really didn't pay attention to anything on the deck. There was a separate ice maker unit that wasn't functioning, no big deal, but figured I'd mention it. All in all, those negative points are not enough for me to not recommend this place or consider coming back here. We really enjoyed ourselves and kept saying how awesome it was to have everything we needed right there. For reference, kids from 1 yo to 10 yo were in our group. Crib fit nicely in one of the rooms.

This is a wonderful property right on the beach at South Lake Tahoe. We had our kids and their kids, 10 in all, at the condo. Plenty of room for all and 4 bathrooms!!! We had a wonderful time on the beach, with rafts, paddleboards and kayaks. The kids all had so much fun. The room air conditioners were great, as the upstairs rooms would have been too hot without them. There were so many dishes and utensils, even plastic for the kids. It was great.

The view looking upon Lake Tahoe from the living room was spectacular. The golf course was nearby along with lots of restaurants. The condo is a short drive to Stateline.

Loved being on the water - such a beautiful site with gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. Place was large and very comfortable. Has AC units, though would have been fine with open windows the week we were there. Lots of bathrooms - could easily host multiple families. Great appliances. Listing says 2 adult bikes - I never found them and there was no description if they were elsewhere?. There was a kayak, but I’m not sure if it’s able to be used? Lots of other water toys too if there are little ones. Pool and hot tub is a very short walk. Loved the hot tub at night! Rented a boat through boat Tahoe w a captain which was fantastic! Try naked fish for sushi - Great stay!!

Wonderful

Right on the lakeside, you open up the back door and there it is. The views of the mountains are the best part. There was plenty of room for our family of 12 and plenty of bathrooms as well. Can't wait to return.
