We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was perfect for our getaway. The furnishings were very nice and everything was very clean.

Couldn't have been a better experience. Owners were great and communicated well. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was surprisingly good. There were beach chairs/umbrella and toys for the kids. It is a corner unit which is right by the stairs which was perfect. There was basically no foot traffic by the unit. Pool/beach/view were all perfect. Shells were plentiful and we found so many good shells and sand dollars. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Nice, older place in a quiet part of St Pete Beach. Steps to the beach which was beautiful. We were hoping to chill out and that’s what we did! Jason was a great host.

The location of this condo can’t be beat. It is the end unit facing the ocean only steps from the beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and comes with all kinds of beach equipment to help you enjoy your stay. It is walking distance to two restaurants and the supermarket is only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful vacation on Sunset Beach. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean. Enjoyed the snack basket that was in the condo. Loved having the beach just a few steps away and always in sight. A short walk down the beach we found Caddy’s restaurant/bar and absolutely fell in love with it too. Lots of beautiful sea shells and sand dollars on the beach too. Absolutely loved this place. Thanks Jason for letting us stay at your place.

Like someone told me years ago when you’re looking for a place to buy or a vacation spot to go to it’s always about location location location and this is the place to go! I have stayed in other places in Treasure Island but this is now my favorite! The most breathtaking views of the gulf and sunsets, the beach and the water right outside of the unit. Everything about the process was easy, and our hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Tons of places in the area to eat, if you’re looking for an excellent meal, look no further than the restaurant “Middle Grounds”. The unit itself is spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including beach chairs & umbrella, chairs to sit on the balcony for those amazing sunsets and small items that were thought of for us in case we forgot something. The pool is also awesome! We will no doubt be booking again in the near future! Thanks again Jason!

This was the perfect place and met all the criteria we were looking for, especially for the price, and especially compared to other options in the area. The condo was extremely well-appointed, clean, and decorated very nicely. There were extra items as others stated in case you forgot something, just like you may find in a hotel. There were enough towels, pillows, extra blankets, etc which sometimes you do not find in rental properties. The listing was extremely accurate in their photos, depiction, and description of the amenities and items offered. The location was unbeatable. If you want to be ON the beach, you will be extremely satisfied. There is nothing separating the building from the beach, and this specific stretch of beach is not wide at all, so you are a stone’s throw from the water. The pool is also directly on the beach and very easily accessible. The convenience of this cannot be stressed enough especially if you have small kids or families who cannot stay in one place for very long. You can see out to the pool and the beach easily from the condo. This is a quieter stretch, which is exactly what we were looking for. Other spots along this beach can be busier at certain times. But the location is near one of the main roads which takes you onto the island and you won’t have to travel far to access other areas. I looked for a place for a long time and I am glad I found this property. I will also definitely return if possible!

My favorite place we’ve ever stayed! Location on beach is perfect… literally steps away. The condo was so clean & so well equipped with everything we needed. The setup was perfect for our family of 3. Would return in a heartbeat! The owners are extremely responsive to messages & great about checking in.

Great location! Literally steps from the beach. Area is nice and private. Not a lot of commotion, but close enough to everything you need. House is clean, bed is super comfy, beach accessories and anything you may have forgotten provided! Hosts are great! We would stay again and highly recommend!!

The condo was very nice! The view from the 3rd floor was gorgeous. The folding beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and patio furniture were a nice bonus since we had to fly down and could not bring those items. They also provided extra essentials for a few days ( dish detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, lotions…etc) The master bed was very soft and comfortable. Even though it was spring break it was not loud. You can walk to some really nice restaurants. This condo is literally oceanfront so we didn’t have to walk far at all to set up for the day. The owner made sure to keep in touch before, during and after our trip. We have booked several trips via VRBO and he has the best communication! Highly recommend this condo!

Good week of warm Florida Sun

I gave trip to my mom at Christmas as a gift. My dad passed away a year ago and I try taking my mom places just the two of us. She has never been to St. Pete and only to the beach a couple of times. We flew in after dark and was not able to see the outside until the next day. The place had been recommended to me from a friend that lives in the area. As we entered, my mom had a smile on her face. The place was exactly as pictured. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this was the cleanest and nicest one I have been in. Everything looked brand new and not worn out. There was a basket filled with lots of treats and extra things were located in the bathroom if you forgot anything. The bed was very comfortable. The view was exceptional and you could hear the waves even in bed. I loved where we were located because we didn't have all the traffic noise. Caddy's was the only place really close for someone older to walk to for a meal. We did use the free ride to go wherever we needed to go and the uber for the airport. I will definitely be back again. My mother enjoyed herself and that made me very happy. Thanks to the owner for making sure everything was perfect and taking pride in what you do.

We stayed 13 nights and enjoyed our time there. Jason responded to our calls in a timely manor.

We loved the end condo. It was private. The pool was warm. The view was amazing. Two great places to walk for live music!

We loved our stay! This condo is in front of the water and you can see the gorgeous sunset right out your door. It was clean and beautifully appointed! Well located as well with easy access to main roads and all the area amenities.

We were scheduled to stay a week after Hurricane Idalia went through the area. The host reached out to let us know that their unit wasn't affected, but the property had some cleanup being done. We decided to still stay at the property and could not have been happier. Property is right on the beautiful beach, unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly. I like the fact that there were beach chairs and towels to use, air travel makes it difficult to have our own. The hosts met us there on check in day, very communicative and checked in periodically. Decorated in beach them with a little basket in case you forgot something. When we return we will definitely stay here again !!!

We had an awesome stay at this condo! We loved that it came so well equipped with necessities, along with items for our toddler to reduce packing needs (plates, cups, booster, pack n play). It was also so nice that they had chairs and beach towels to use as well! One small housekeeping hiccup was handled very quickly with great communication. Would definitely stay again if heading back to Treasure Island!

We were very happy with the condo. Very clean, had everything you would need, and great to have chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Great location, about a 10 minute drive to John’s Pass. Our only complaint with the area was everywhere you went was pay to park, and sometimes very expensive, we weren’t prepared for that. And the only complaint for the condo, is cabinets and drawers not being baby proof, and our 14 month old was fixated on opening them all 😂! Would rent again for sure if we go back to the area! Communication with owner was great! Thankyou!!

I cant say enough about the location, the condo and our host. The beach is so close, the convenience alone of not having to walk far to set up camp was an absolute luxury plus showers and pool right there. The condo is fully equipped, there were so many bath, cleaning, and beach supplies provided by the host that we didnt need anything extra except out clothes. Bed and furniture are super comfortable. The keyless entry is so convenient. Jason, the host, was without a doubt the friendliest, most helpful and considerate host Ive ever experienced.

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I had a fantastic stay! The ocean view is exactly what we wanted along with very close beach acess. The sunsets where awesome, made sure to not miss any. We even saw dolphins from the balcony one day. The beach never felt crowded. I would recommend bringing water shoes for the littles and even yourself as there are lots of sea shells. Quick drive to great restaurants, grocery store and things to do. One direction you can walk the beach to a park and the other way down to a restaurant! Would like to visit again! Thank you for a great vacation that was not nearly long enough!

Loved our stay. Perfect accommodations for the two of us. Host’s provided so much to ensure our stay was perfect! We will be back! Close to food, live music and drinks yet private and quiet.

This is our go to area for weekend getaways and we have stayed in many locations from Clearwater to St. Pete, and this is our new favorite. Excellent space, great location, very clean and the hosts could not have been nicer and more forthcoming with information. We had to adjust our stay to come home earlier than we planned to and were in a rush heading out and forgot a few things and the hosts worked with us in a very understanding way. Plenty of beach space, super convenient, just a good time all around.

This unit was perfect for a beach getaway. Super cute, safe, clean and comfy, it had everything we needed to enjoy our time on a quiet Treasure Island beach. Would highly recommend and we plan on returning.
