Pool and close to town. Clean rooms. Nice deck!

Weak WiFi, clothes dryer door wii not shut completely. Need some repair

The property was very quiet and peaceful! Great Ac!

The bathroom we’re not clean, horrible connection with the WiFi even after calling to get it fixed nobody came.

Easy to get in and out perfect location.

Needed a couple repairs but really no big deal. Needs a blow dryer or state there isnt one. Master bedroom door is being held by 1 hinge.

The food we bought at the grocery store was great. Food was not provided at the condo. The refrigerator was great as were the other appliances. The furniture and beds were lovely and comfortable.

The lock box containing the door key was difficult to open. The dishwasher didn’t work because the sprayer arms were not in place.

Very clean and great location! Everything that you could need for a stay was provided which was great.

The AC did not work. I contacted the property multiple times and a couple of the responses were that a thermostat was on the wall to control the temperature of the room (Duh)! This didn’t resolve anything and after contacting for a third time I was told that because the property was south facing and the thermostat was in the sum and that it would never cool. I understand that a room in the sun will be warmer, but if you advertise AC it should cool down the apartment regardless. Even at 10pm the place was still at 80 degrees! The property said they were working to resolve this problem and then never did. I had to contact for a FOURTH time and I asked for a partial refund as we only had one night left and it did not appear they would fix anything. I was then told they were working on it and would be contacted with an update. Of course I was not contacted and had to reach out again. Finally they gave a refund of $100. I still don’t think that this was fair. The apartment was too uncomfortable to be in all 3 nights because it was so hot and the property never offered a resolution or even tried. I have stayed at another condo at park point that did not have this problem.
