We loved the condo, how it is decorated, number of rooms, and cleanliness. It was extremely quiet even with both units next door being occupied. It had easy access to the beach and shops. We would definitely say again!!

The beach house was beautifully decorated and fit the needs of our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was easily accessible, at the end of the street. Gorgeous white sands and clear water. The Mexico beach area is in the middle of being rebuilt after hurricane Michael 5 years ago. Currently, this place isn't touristy which was amazing since we could avoid the busy streets and traffic. However, if we wanted, it was a short 20 minute drive to either Port St Joe or Panama to visit tourist type stores or attractions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. Definitely a place I want to visit again.

Everything was perfect! plenty of room for all of us! Home is very comfortable. Having the pull out couch was also a plus! We would love to be able to book here again in the future. Brian gives quick responses to all questions and his in town help is also very kind and willing to help when it is needed! Would recommend to Anyone!

Our stay at this property was so enjoyable. We had a whole week with our kids and grandkids for the first time in several years. The unit is well kept and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had one night when the A/C went out and Brian, the owner, had someone come out right away to assess the problem. When it turned out that it couldn't be fixed until the next day, several fans were brought to us and Brian reimbursed us for our inconvenience the very next day without us even asking! Mexico Beach is our favorite place and we would be happy to stay in this townhome again.

This very clean and comfy vacation home is just steps to the beach and steps to the Marina, which serves as a convenient store. Mexico Beach is a beautiful place to get away from all the bussiness of life. The best word to describe Mecico Beach is calm. A few hours after dinner, the town closes down. We enjoyed the local restaurants and cute shops in the area. Everything is on the main strip so everything is easy to find. We went to Panama City Beach frequently for a little more action and loved coming back to the peaceful area of Mecico Beach, where you can see the stars at night. A big plus for those of us from areas where you can't see the stars at night. The home is adorable and I want to stress very clean. Our family has been staying at VRBOs approximately 10 years and this was the cleanest home we have vacationed at. There is a place to rent chairs and other beach items. It was a little pricey for us, so we didn't end up renting anything from them. Pack beach items if you don't want to rent them. An example is a beach chair is $15 per 24 hours. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots, pans and tools. You will need to bring spices and cooking oil. There was salt and pepper. We used the pull out couch and there were plenty of linens for the pull out couch. The other beds were comfy. Good amount of towels. Bring your own beach towels. This was a great home in a great location!! We highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay! The close proximity to the beach is perfect. It is also nice to be able to park right in front of the home. It is just so convenient! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and the dining table inside and out on the patio allow for a large group to eat comfortably. We will be returning.

The stay was fantastic. The walk to the beach is short. The property is as described. The only issues were the toaster was not adequate for bagels, we could not find a blender, and the propane on the grill had to be changed but there was plenty there. We plan to stay here again.

We had 6 people stay and the home was in perfect condition from the layout to the cleanliness. We had no issues and loved our time there. You are literally steps from the beach and right across the street is the Shell Shack which sells fresh seafood for you to tkae home and cook. The grogery store is about 15 minutes away but it is in a great place called Port St. Joe wwhich has lots of shopping and restaurants. We will be coming back this Summer.

We take our annual family vacation every year in Mexico Beach and this year it was the best one yet. The condo was beautiful and clean. Tracy (the concierge) was a pleasure to speak with. She went out of her way to make sure we taken care of. We will definitely be staying there again.

This property was beautiful and the beach was amazing. Super short walk to the beach. Home is very kid friendly! It even had a spare pack&play, movies, board games, and puzzles. We had 7 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. The back porch area also was perfect for grilling and eating outside. I plan on continuing to use this location for all future trips if possible!!

This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach. We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and easy access to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The property is super cute and the pictures don’t do it justice. Good selection of pots and pans. There is both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Very short walk to the beach. We had a great view for the Beach Blast fireworks both from the house and the beach. The Shell Shack and The General Store were within a 2 minute walk. There were a couple of issues at the property at the the beginning of our stay. However the property manager responded right back and everything was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend this property.

The upstairs shower would not drain and we contacted property manager on the first day and was told someone would come and check it but no one never did. We also asked for more wash clothes and was told the same thing but we never received any. Besides these 2 issues, we really enjoyed our stay.

I asked evolve to explain extra charges of 233.00. Never heard back. Guess I'll check charges next time before agreeing to total. I'd still love to know. Also charged 48.00 for damages that I didn't ask for. I'd appreciate an explanation!! Thanks! The townhouse was great!!

We had a wonderful week. The condo was just as described and spacious for our group of 7. Great access to beach and area restaurants. Will definitely rent again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our recent stay at One Particular Harbor. The home itself was very spacious, up-to-date, and tastefully decorated (beach themed!). Each of the 3 bedrooms featured a queen bed, tv, and plenty of drawers/closet space for storage. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook, but there are also several nice restaurants close-by and a little further down the road in Port St. Joe or Panama City. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating, where you can sit and read or watch Roku TV. The large dining table gives plenty of room for playing board games or puzzles for entertainment, or if you are needing to do a little work. There were plenty of bathrooms and even a washer & dryer to help wash away all the sunscreen and sand. The highlight of the house though is its proximity to the beach. You can sit outside on the porch, upper balcony, or at the back patio dining area and hear the waves. A short two minute walk up the road puts you right on the sand. We will definitely be making a trip back to this little slice of paradise very soon!
