This property exceeded my expectations. Very clean, is stocked with extra toiletries just in case you forgot, and very easy check in process.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The house is BEAUTIFUL and it is full of very thoughtful touches everywhere. We highly recommend staying here and hope we have the opportunity to stay here again soon!

We had a group of 7 from church stay here for a Biblestudy and river ride. The neighbors were nice and the home clean. The owners communicated very quickly whenever we had a question and the whole experience was excellent.

The house was super clean and still smelled brand new. The linens and towels smelled fresh, and the beds were super comfy. The only TV is in the living room. We had snacks and bottled water available to us uoon arrival which was super sweet. The master shower has a big jetted tub, but showers 2 and 3 are kinda like what you get in a travel trailer. The house has big, nice porches but the yard was super overgrown. The house was definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood. The other houses don't even come close, but we didn't have any issues. If i had to do it all over again, I'd definitely still stay in this house. I loved that it was so clean. And the whole process was easy. They even let us check in early.

This is a new home and the owners were thoughtful, welcoming us with snacks and water. The outside area is still being renovated and the neighborhood is hemmed in by two big roadways. This made walking to the nearby PowerPlant restaurant tricky.

New super clean home! The kitchen is fully stocked with awesome cookware and utensils. The owner is quick to respond. Great home! Once landscaping is complete I know it will be better.

Huge new house; spacious, clean, well equipped, and everything all nice and new. Nice appliances in the kitchen and in the laundry room too. Beautiful showers; gorgeous kitchen. Nice spacious garage. Very comfortable stay during our visit to Seguin.

Very nice home! New build, only a few months old. Close proximity to restaurants and stores. Home was very clean and accommodated six adults perfectly!
