A great location close to the beach and easy walks to pubs, amusements eateries etc.. The van had everything we needed for us all including a secure private run for the dog. Impressive shower.! Plenty of bars and cafés nearby that welcome dogs. Hopefully visit again soon.

Excellent location, located roughly 100m from the beach. The facilities were great and had everything you need, except a towel, which they do tell you to bring. There's also lots of facilities on site. We would definitely stay again and would recommend. The host (john) was very accommodating and also aloud us to check out an hour later.

the caravan was home from home everything you needed was catered for, John the host sent details of the caravan beforehand and communicated with me throughout and so kind nothing is too much trouble for him -We were greeted with a lovely clean and well kept caravan which was fully equipped to make meals in and upon arrival there was a welcome box with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and of course choc chip cookies which was most welcome after a long drive, the beds were already made up so we could relax from the beginning!! The site itself was lovely and quiet but a nice park for the children to play on and there was the bar and a shop and a stones throw from the beach and a 5/10 min walk to hemsby with all the entertainment you could wish for. John and Chloe Thank you both for a fabulous stay and we definitely will be back, I do highly recommend and if you have dogs which unfortunately we haven’t there is a lovely garden area which is secured to let your pets out too another bonus!!! see you soon I hope John and Chloe.

A perfectly situated caravan for a lovely family beach holiday with dogs very welcome. The caravan was very clean and tidy with a small enclosed garden with parking in front. The owners were brilliant at getting in touch and explaining everything we would need to know and we felt they would always be at the end of the phone if any problems arose. The caravan is packed full of little entertainment extras like board games, dvds and my sons favourite, a Play Station.
