All of the staff were very nice, polite, happy and accommodating! They treated my dog really well!
We didn’t like the buffet breakfast, (which I know is a contracted company, not part of the Hotel) It tasted really old, with instant eggs perhaps? They would receive a ONE star from me!

Rooms were lovely and clean. Bathroom was nice but water pressure left something to be desired. It was nice that it’s attached to the Casino but the buffet wasn’t open on a Friday and it’s quite isolated so you have to drive if you want anything not offered at the property.

Check in was OK however we were pressed to provide proof doe our Service Dog. That was uncomfortable for my wife who has a medical condition

anything We were there for only a couple of hours on our way through to Victoria but what we saw and experienced was great!

We did not have any problem with the hotel staff but the restaurant and buffet staff were brusque and a little short with us. We reached a little late and were trying to get food but due to staff shortages the restaurant was closed early and this could have been handled in a more friendly manner to leave us with a positive experience.

This was an in transit stop for us so it was late arrival and early departure. The room was well appointed and clean. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Clean and Comfortable with a lot of amenities. Hard to get in and out of easily. It is located hwy adjacent but poor signage in exiting the hwy and getting to the hotel.

Awesome spot, really exemplifies what Delta is capable of providing for a great experience.
Only hiccup was the computer system being repaired which could have lead to a delay, but the staff had a workaround.

Overall great experience.Just shower stall needs fixing in the room I was in. Zero water pressure,both shower heads malfunction and glass door was dragging along the bottom of the shower stall.

Start derving a proper breakfast, european style. My advice : visit a van der valk hotel in Netherlands and you will see a proper breakfast with choices for every visitor

We had a wonderful stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Delta! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive team members who made our stay truly special. The spa amenities were also a highlight - the relaxing atmosphere and rejuvenating treatments left us feeling pampered and refreshed. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

The door to our room was extremely sticky. Had to go back down to concierge twice to get into our room. Very inconvenient as we were pressed for time to attend a wedding.

Extremely disappointed in the Marriott and this hotel for not handling our issue, I’ve called numerous times.

Pool was warm and very clean, room was clean, bed very comfortable, fast elevators from parking to floors helped, check in/out very fast and easy, easy access to casino and restaurants, very close to major hiway to vancouver/ US border but room was very quiet. In general we will stay there again.

Staying here is like being in an episode of Black Mirror. It’s a hotel attached to a casino but also in the middle of a field? And it smells like fertilizer. Terrible food, not convenient to anything. New and clean is about all it has going for it.

New hotel co-located with a casino. Rooms and bathrooms are up to lastest standards, and are very pleasant. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Hotel itself is located in a farming area, but easily accessible from highway 99. The business center of Richmond BC is a 15 minute drive from the hotel under normal traffic conditions.
