What an outstanding property. This house exceeded all expectations. We had 9 adults and 7 kids for our annual family vacation and all agreed it was a 10 out of 10 experience! Plenty of room. Great common areas to enjoy family time. Beautiful views! House was stocked with everything we needed and then some! We took advantage of the large range and double ovens. Grilled on the gas grill outside, and enjoyed playing on the beach with all the awesome beach toys that were at the house. Pointe West is a hidden gem as well. We had a great time at the pools and lazy river. The elevator was great, and the communication was quick and informative. This was the best VRBO our family has ever been to. We hope to stay here again one day!! Great job by the owners.

This house was perfect in every way for our family. With 5 kids and 8 adults it was important that each one had their own space and Serene Shores was a perfect fit. With beach access just across the street we never had to get into the car and drive, and the chairs, canopy, and toys provided by the owners were spot on.
The house was very clean and fully stocked with all things one would expect and some you wouldn't -- ice machines!! What a great idea. We loved the kitchen area as it was large and allowed just enough "cooks in the kitchen" when it came to meal time. I especially appreciated the elevator when it was time to check in and check out. For someone with compromised knees it was a godsend!
The owners, Ron and Lisa, were very responsive to our needs, always getting back to us within 5 minutes via text or phone calls. We got a note from them after we got home telling us they found a couple of items in the house, and after confirming they were ours, they immediately had them shipped to us at their expense. How great is that???
We have stayed in Pointe West several times over the past few years and this was an outstanding trip! We will certainly put Serene Shores at the top of the list for our next trip.

Absolutely amazing house. Everything was so well taken care of and the house was so well stocked. Sometimes we rent houses that barely have enough cooking tools etc but this place was extremely well outfitted for a family trip with multiple young children including high chairs, pack n play and just about most appliances for cooking you might need like air fryer , rice cooker, instant pot and it has legitimate cooking tools.
Had multiple step stools which were great when you have young kids. The place was extremely well taken care of. I would definitely stay again.
My entire family was raving at how wonderful the house was. Everything in the house was high quality.
Extremely easy to reach out to and very responsive. If you have questions about what is stocked, I found them extremely responsive with messages and pictures to help us with our packing plans.
Additionally the beach that this is adjacent to is great, very clean water. No cars besides official beach patrol.

Beautiful home. Has everything! Appliances are upgraded. Slept our group of 15 very comfortably. They share almost everything. Provided all kinds of coffee, creamer, sweeteners, seasoning for cooking, tons of utensils, has a large oven and separate smaller oven, TV’s in every room with every network available, games, cards, all kinds of beach stuff, upgraded boogie boards - at least 5 of them, wagon, large push tricycle with large wheels for sand travel, large grill / we cooked 24 burgers at once, elevator was awesome and they provided a four wheel cart for items. Beach club is close by and everyone really enjoyed the pool, restaurant and bar. Home is beautifully decorated with a balcony off almost every room. The owners are very attentive and respond quickly. We had zero issues and will rent this property again for sure. You will throughly enjoy your stay at Serene Shores!

We had a great experience with the rental with two other families for a quick get away for New Year’s Eve. The home was clean, well-located, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended!

The house, its location, amenities, furnishings, decor, cleanliness, layout, and overall design are all spectacular. The whole property is even better than what the listing makes it seem!
We were a party of 7 adults and 5 kids. There was ample room for all of us. The gathering spaces were open and roomy. The giant guest closet in the garage has every possible item you could want for the beach. The outdoor shower with warm water was the best thing ever. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked.
The house decor was clean, bright, spacious, minimal, and soothing, while still providing all the needed amenities. It did not feel overcrowded, yet nothing was lacking.
The entire house was very clean and I am a SUPER PICKY person so when I say clean it means a lot.
Owners: extremely quick to respond and resolve, helpful.
House location: right next to beach walkover, pristine neighborhood, quiet (in winter), nice neighbors, lots of space and privacy, beach on the other side of the walkover is clean, open, private, and uncrowded, no rocks or shells or trash.
Experience: if you want the best location around Galveston to vacation in luxury right on the beach, I can’t imagine any better location than this.

It was a luxurious beach visit for our 5 families. Each bedroom felt as though it was on its own floor. The house flowed well and it was easy to have multiple conversations. Access to the beach was convenient. The house was well stocked and supplies for the beach were located in the garage. And an elevator was a big hit! Made unloading soooo much easier. We will be returning next year!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could think of from kitchen items to beach gear, and everything in between. The owners were wonderful at communicating everything with us, and were always quick to respond if we had a question. The elevator was so great for hauling things up and down floors, and we loved the bunk room and all the deck options. Perfect for our family of 16, adults and kids. We will be back!

We had the most enjoyable stay at this brand new stunning home! Our group included 4 families (9 kids and 8 adults) and there was plenty of space! We loved there were 4 adult rooms with their own in room bathrooms. The kids bunk room/game room on the top floor was a hit to all the kiddos! The main living space is big enough for all to hang out comfortably. The brand new high end kitchen was fully stocked with all of what we needed. And bonus….there was an ice machine that was clutch! Communication during booking and during our stay was top notch and very accessible. We will definitely be back to this house in the future!

This was the second summer my family and I have chosen this property in Pointe West. We were so impressed the first year we came that we decided to come back for a second vacation. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful trip!

Our friends vacation was just perfect thanks to this beautiful and spacious home! This home had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, and making memories while enjoying the fire pit and swings on the patio. This is definitely a 5 star home and we just wished we could stay longer! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home.

We have been coming to Pointe West for 10 years and this is definitely one of the best houses we have stayed in! Great location, extremely clean, and perfect for multiple families. The adults loved that their are two masters and the kids loved the bunk room. This house has a great layout and flow. The owners were wonderful and very communicative. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Had a great trip to Pointe West with 2 families including 3 children all under the age of 3. House was spectacular with top-tier amenities and wonderful beach access just across the street from the boardwalk. Also for those traveling with young kids this was a great setup as the house has baby-proof features and comes equipped with a high chair, booster seat, pack-n-play, etc. They have a great closet with beach gear (chairs, toys, boogie boards) available for guests as well. Host was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We will be back for sure!
