My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, customer service was good. The kitchen staff Vivian was friendly and easy going. She was very pleasant and the coffee she made was great. She has great customer service skills.

Check-in was quick & gave us all info we needed. Room was clean as well as the common spaces in the hotel. Great location right off 95 with plenty of food & stores close by.

Can't say enough about how much we appreciate this hotel and staff. The hotel itself is very clean and easily accessible off the highway. The town is cute and everyone was very friendly. But what we appreciated the most is the help we received from the staff when we woke up to a dead car battery the next morning. The maintenance man, Juan, first tried to give us a jump. When that didn't work, he drove my husband to Walmart to buy a new battery and even helped him install it. We're so grateful for their kindness and going above and beyond for their guests. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this hotel on our way to and back from our destination… it is a newer, modern facility nicely located near dining and conveniences. Super friendly staff! It was not as clean as it was for our previous stays… dust bunnies here and there on the floors, hair and a dental band left under the sink. A little deferred maintenance possibly too, the left elevator “hail” button was not functioning nor was the keypad entry at the elevators… and internet didn’t work the second stay for the duration. Nice place, but could use a little improvement.

Loved all areas of this facility from the cheerful decor to the comfortable bedding. The food was healthy and the staff awesome. Especially appreciated the up to date cardio options in the gym.

We would definitely recommend Tru here in Wilson. My Wife and I love the area as we head for the beach. May God continue to bless this hotel, the people, and the community. Thank you for your value and peacefulness to rest. The train sound is the key. We hear those sounds like back home.

The hotel was beautiful, but the floor in our room was filthy. I also found the two individuals working the front desk were very rude and abrupt. Totally unnecessary behavior.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property was kept clean. The rooms are a little on the small size. My bedding looked cleaned but have an odor.
I was surprised that the breakfast was not appealing based on the reviews. The eggs and meat served looked undercooked for my preference. I only ate the breakfast a couple of times which was a bagel and cereal.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The location is great and near shopping and dining. The staff is great!

Lovely property. Love that is it dog friendly. I called to ensure I didn’t need any additional because my puppy was with me. No one ever picked up the phone. I called multiple times.

The Property give boutique style that I appreciate. Although it does not have a pool, there was a recreational room in the lobby that me and my children did enjoy. On the flip side, the noise reduction is horrible. Due to the hard wood floor and rolling chair it was hard to get a good nights rest as it is guaranteed between 11pm-9am. The employees were Awesome and very hospitable.

The initial room i stayed in was next door to children going bonkers at 11 pm so i requested to change that room. It was granted and the new room smelled misty for some reason. When i laid down i smelled piss in the mattress. Thats what it was. It wasnt wet, but it was certainly piss. Im glad there was a double bed. It was lage, i was tired, and i told management downstairs the following morning. They apologized. How nice? How about a full refund? Terrible experience.

This was a last minute booking for us on the way to Disney. It was in a nice location and clean. The staff was all very friendly.

Room and hotel was very clean and the receptionist was very friendly. The only thing is the breakfast was minimal. We have stayed at another Tru in VA and their breakfast was incredible with so many options. I would think that all of the hotels would serve very similar items. We would definitely stay here again.
