Being in the town and the rooms were clean and well equipped, not keen on all the cushions.

They did not serve breakfasts, they could have an arrangement with the local cafes to open a little earlier to serve breakfasts as 9am is a little late.

The location was great. Very central. The room was spacious and very recently renovated. Everything was clean and in excellent condition

A non slip mat for the shower would be useful

A larger bathroom it was tiny. The room was cold and when we asked for a heater they couldn't supply one.

Convenient and friendly, welcoming to my friends who joined me for evening meal, good menu and food. Cycle made welcome too!

Hosts were welcoming and responsive.

location in centre of town

dirty carpet. crumbs on bedside table. plug socket hanging off the wall not safe. bath panel hanging off screws hanging out of it. hole in wall behind door. mattress very uncomfortable. such a shame as could be nice.

The restaurant downstairs was great food although quite expensive. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is very central in Cirencester and quite buzzing.

No breakfast was provided in the price - £150 for a family room for three people to stay. Online I had seen a more basic pub type menu but this did not appear to be available or was not offered to us. The comfort levels in the room were very basic and more akin to an £80 room, not £150. There were not any particular benefits to it being a hotel, an Airbnb for this price per night would have been far better quality. Sadly seem to be profiteering on the shortage of accommodation in Cirencester to book. The access to the rooms was a bit bleak and quite steep steps. Shame could have been so much better.
