I like location and flat every thing was thier what you need for good stay

thier is one neighbour I am not sure from which floor he was very aggressive when I was smoking in balcony about 8 AM he using very bad language saying bad words to us, So just be careful about this I think he is from 2nd floor

Huge space, extremely modern & clean.

the apartment is really close to the center and is equipped with every comfort.

Mine doesn't want to be a criticism but a suggestion to improve an almost perfect structure, send the check-in instructions a few hours before the customer enters (I stayed out for more than half an hour for this reason), and also there should be more interior cleaning products.

Long story short: upon arrival apartment was extremely dirty with someones hair all around. We had to stay with a kid in a dirty apartment for a night - nothing was suggested or done to avoid sleeping in a dirty apartment for us, cleaning was suggested for the next day. My offer on refund (paid in advance for several nights - my mistake, of course), and checked out the same day upon arrival was not addressed adequately. Cleaning next day was not good (in my opinion) with no cleaning supplies at minimum. Communication with host was poor, it was no replies for 6 days at all. No compensation giving unprepared apartment was suggested. Given place was prepaid, lack of refund, lack of other place to live these dates had to stay in the apartment( Attaching some photos. Response of the apartment could provide the perception of what traveller may encounter if report the real state of the place - this is the first experience of such rudeness for me and I think it is unacceptable. I've given the facts of what the place looked like when we arrived, that's all. And, yes, I wanted refund from the very day of arrival, and asked about that in writing to be able to check out the same day and move to another place. In my opinion, cleanliness is the basics, service provided/ apartment for staying was of a bad, poor quality in terms of being clean, it was not prepared for the guests. This case is to think carefully for the travellers how to protect themselves in terms of the poor services and inadequate quality. By the way, the apartment wrote me as of 12.11.2022 finally, that they have 14 days to respond to my complaint due to their internal rules, suppose it is the answer to my complaint.

Great Location. Close to the walking Street that has many stores Very cost effective. Very spacious Good Kitchen!

No Air Conditioning. Fxxking cold in the morning ( I came during autumn time) and I guess it will be unbearable in the summer if the owner doesn't installer one.

It was in a quite place and very close to the historical center. I was there because of a race so I didn't care too much about size of apartment or any additional equipment. Apartment was clean and tidy with 2 rooms and a bathroom. Bedroom is a bit on a smaller side, but good enough for sleep of 2 people :) Kitchen had everything I needed and a nice bonus is a was machine, though I haven't used it.

If I would be nit picking, then only hose in shower wasn't in ideal condition but nothing too problematic

The apartment was spacious and in a good location near supermarket (Biedronka) and tram stations (Lakowa and AWF). The neighbors were also calm and quiet most of the time.

The curtains in the bedroom was transparent and the sunrise was around 5 am. Therefore, the room becomes bright at dawn, and you cannot sleep comfortably afterwards. I hope the host (apartment owner) can install good (opaque) curtain to encourage better sleep, especially during the weekends.

Location was great, just a few minutes walk to city center. Visited 3 museums that were nearby. Ate several meals at PyraBar.pl just down the street. Good traditional Polish food.

I honestly don’t know how come it’s got such a high score of 9+. For me It’s only a 3 based on my experience: 1). The property does not look like what its showed on the pix at all, but a very dark, old, dirty apartment with a bad smell, there was even a cockroach on the kitchen floor; 2). The shower head couldn’t be fixed in the shower head holder, the water temperature constantly change during the shower, all of a sudden there’s a shot of scalding hot water which is very annoying; 3). The reception does not care much about the guests, when I reported the problems to them they didn’t even express any apology, which is quite rude.

The apartment is absolutely stunning: it's conveniently placed within the ten minutes walking distance from the city center, it's also bright and spacious. Małgorzata, the host, was always very friendly.

Very good location to reach the city center but also to move around using public transport. Very kind Host responding to all our questions and available to assist us, if needed. There were even some board games and children books available, which was very handy for us. The apartment has a very spacious walk-in wardrobe which was superb to avoid open suitcases and piles of clothes everywhere.

Nothing in particular.. this is a new, economy building, squeezed behind some older ones in a central but a bit rough part of Poznan center. I come from this city, so I new what I was taking but one should not count on nice panorama from the living room. You are in the back yard and overlooking a hospital. But again, for our needs it was perfect.

Under maintenance without hot water but didn't inform me in advece until I complained. Not trying to help but use offensive way trying to prove they dont have any mistake.
